Dr. Melillo is the Best he is always on top of everything on his end and makes sure to give his clients the Best care possible wouldn’t want to go to any other doctor for my care than him.

Today I had the privilege to meet Tom Melillo with Northwest Extremities in West Linn.
I had an emergancy situation where I either went to urgent care or go to my foot Dr.in Wilsonville (they are a sister office to W. Linn) They were closed today and Tom's office was able to work me in. Thank you again.
Toms staff was the BEST, the office right away gave off a warm homing feeling.
When Dr. Tom walked in he put off an aire about him that is SO calming, that you felt at ease right away, he listened with patience to understand what was my situation, he was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done.
I will be seeing him again for my follow up.
It was a pleasure meeting him.

Ps. On my 4th appt with Dr Melillo. We still dont know what exactly is going on with my foot. Next week we're going in, hopefully we'll find out what heck is going on in there. I trust him completely. His staff is awesome. They really do care.

Dr Melillo is the best! He cured my plantar fasciitis. He's very thorough, and I trust his judgement.

Went to Dr Melillo after 7 months of Plantar Fasciitis pain. He was patient, listened to my history, took X-rays to rule out any bone issues, discussed treatments including regenerative options, recommended a nighttime boot that relieves pain much better than the one I have. I am not cured but definitely on a path to get better. Last Dr just sold me custom orthotics.

Dr. Melillo is the best! He is very kind, compassionate and listens to you. The visits never seem rushed. He’s very knowledgeable and is up to date on the newest treatments. I finally feel like my feet issues are in the road to recovery after ten years of suffering!

We discussed my history and current concerns. We have a plan to see if my pain can be treated.

Awesome as always with Dr Melillo. The cream he prescribed for my foot pain is working great, the pain is all but gone.

He is a great doctor. Very down to earth, relatable, professional. Always has answers to my issues.

Dr Mellilo is a wonderful doctor. He cleaned my incisions from my surgery on August 9th, 2023 and rewrapped them during this appt. He had sent me to an infusion clinic before my surgery because my foot became infected. He and his staff were very concerned about my well being through all of the these issues. Very caring and patient with me as well. He has operated on my feet several times and had to completely rebuild my one foot with cadaver bone and metal plates. He is an excellent doctor and surgeon. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Melillo listened well, told me his ideas about what was causing my pain, and explained why he was making the specific recommendations. He’s great!

With a relaxed professional attitude my nerves relaxed. We got to business, he took action, fixed tended to issues. Dt. Millolo answered any questions I asked. I have known Thomas for years. Good first appointment. Felt heard and listened to instead of written off. We’ll see how imaging works out and devise a treatment plan based on that, previous X-rays, and symptoms. In the meantime non-weight bearing for now…
