I have been going to Thrive for my skincare needs almost since they first opened. Dr. Maddox is an excellent injector and I trust him for all my anti aging needs. He has always been great with communicating his professional opinion and is conservative with his approach and recommendations which is exactly what you want when it comes to your face. The staff (many of whom have been there for years) are also fantastic and the clinic is aesthetically on point and welcoming. I recommend Thrive to all of my friends with confidence.

The last couple years my skin really started changing. Acne scars that for decades had been barely noticeable were becoming increasingly pronounced, on top of the other usual signs of aging. I've been wanting to address these issues, but I was also concerned about "ruining" my face and ending up not looking like myself. Dr. Maddox and his team were great in listening and directing me towards a series of laser and PRP treatments to address my concerns; both the skin issues themselves and my interest in the most natural approach possible. I chose some of the treatments and not others in order to accommodate my current budget. Through the process other options have been brought to my attention that could take the improvements that have been made even further - but at no point have I felt pressured to do more than I have. And the results themselves have all more than satisfied me re: the issues that I originally came in to address.

This has been a really amazing experience. My first time getting Botox or filler. Super clean, professional and very responsive and supportive staff and Dr. Maddox is very skilled. I wouldn’t be able to go anywhere else after this experience. I like that they create a plan with my needs in mind and the best available options given their professional opinion. They take their time and it has never felt rushed. These are literally the nicest people, AMAZING customer service.

Went today, and Julia fit me in early so I wouldn’t have to drive in traffic an hour away. Dr. Maddox was very thorough and so far no bruising, which I’ve had at other places. I will definitely return.

I’ve been coming here for various treatments since around 2005. Dr. Maddox is an artist. His injection skills and talent surpass most injectors. I’ve tried other injectors and I consistently return to Thrive for the best! The laser treatments are also great. The clinic offers a variety of treatments using laser and the various frequency machines for both aesthetic and medical issues.

After going to get Botox I wanted to get more fullness in my lips with filler. Dr. Maddox suggested we go slow as it’s easier to add more and can’t take away. After the 3rd visit I am in LOVE with my lips and co star my get asked about them. The team is so welcoming. I love chatting with the receptionist and the assistants. They always remember my name and where I am at in my journey. Even they were blown away with how good my lips turned out.
