The restaurant management is a mess! The gray haired woman that apparently was the manager was not paying attention. While we waited in line to place our food we noticed there were so many food orders ready to be delivered to customers the cooks had to stop making food. The counters for food ready to be delivered to customers were full. One employee took initiative and asked the manager to go find people to deliver the food. That finally happened while the manage stood around for a bit not sure what else to do and then left.
The food was okay. Next time we will only stop for a milk shake.

The cheese factory is easily one of the best places to visit on the Oregon coast. Free to enter. Free to park. Parking lot does fill up fast on busy days. The ice cream is tasty and the cheese is top tier. It's a wonderful place.

NOTICE! The Google search says Tillamook is open until 7pm. They are NOT! They close at 6pm every day! I submitted new hours so hopefully that correction will happen soon, but in the meantime I'm trying to save someone else the utter disappointment my east coast friends and I had on our last evening of a week long Oregon tour.

This place is amazing. A must-visit. We loved spending time there. Not only you get some delicious and amazing-tasting food and ice cream, but also you'll get to learn and see how they make their cheese. The whole process is mind-blowing and impressive. We had a great time and will definitely make a stop there anytime we are visiting Oregon.

Really nice to watch the process of making creams and cheeses. Has parking for rv and trailers pull through.

Tillamook has always been a landmark that I continue to visit throughout my life. I remember visiting the place many times before its remodel. I have to say that after its remodel, it's not quite the same. Aesthetically, it looks much better, but the experience just isn't as fun as it used to be. It's constantly busy, like a Walmart on black Friday kind of bad. The lines are long for the gift shop and for the food. You can barely make your way through the gift shop as it is jam-packed. The line for the ice cream/food is insanely long as well. If you're patient enough to brave the wait, you won't have anywhere to sit as all the seating is filled. The parking lot situation is a mess. If you're lucky to get a spot, it's most likely at the very back, and it's quite the walk. Still a staple of Oregon if you're visiting.

Visited the Tillamook Creamery Cheese Factory for the first time ever in my life and it was quite the experience it a positive manner. It was very educational on how the treat and take care of their dairy cows, how they create their yogurt, ice cream, and cheese's and how they age their products and test their products. Then after the factory walk through I purchased over $100 from their gift shop with a 10% military discount and then purchased a root beer float and a double cheddar grilled cheese with fries. Then I left and drove north up the coast to head home! Wonderful experience and great place to checkout by yourself, with friends, or family members and kids!

Awesome and informative trip to the Tillamook Creamery. Their food options are great and don’t miss the cheese curds!

It is very hard to vet any information on their cheese, of which you can get free samples. They call it a creamery where you can purchase ice cream they make. It is very good. As we were traveling and passing through, we grabbed cheeses and purchased wine and crackers in their store for a fun and informal dinner that night.

VERY busy (late afternoon Saturday so not too surprising), I only saw one person (not an employee) wearing a mask, not nearly enough bathrooms, food is okay, bring your own straws if you're allergic to the compostable ones, disabled parking is pretty good though, and apparently the gluten free hamburger bun is pretty good too (Google seems to think this is a hotel? I'm pretty sure there's no hotel here, just cheese and ice cream)

Food was definitely not as good as the last time we stopped there. Lines were extremely long and slow. Not worth visiting again in the future.

Tillamook Creamery was not only a delicious spot to stop for all things dairy, but was also a wealth of information on how they source their milk and how they work together with farmers to produce quality dairy products. They have a gift shop and a cute photo ops as well. We walked around and looked at how their cheese is made. The walk of the factory is self-guided but they have scheduled tours as well. Afterwards, we ordered the cheese curds, triple Mac and cheese, and the fire roasted tomato soup with cheese curds. Everything was delicious, and I've gained a new appreciation for Tillamook.

The cheese is good. I really like the cayenne pepper hazelnuts. It's very clean and the checkout staff are really pleasant people.
