Im new to this area and I love this dentist. I’m usually someone who hates the dentist, but everyone at this office is amazing and super helpful, I would highly recommend this place. Alexa and Dr. Castro were amazing both super kind and gentle.

Friendliest and most helpful staff and doctor! They explained things to me better than any dental team has before, which actually put me at ease and made me feel more empowered and hopeful for my treatment plan

Rose was amazing made me feel very comfortable being able to express the pain I was in. You can tell how much they care about helping people out. They made my experience great when I was dealing with a lot of pain. 10/10 would dentist again

Everything was great! I have a tough time at the dentist and the assistant I worked with - Melissa was so patient and kind. Dr. Sylvia was thorough and informative!

Recently started coming and have loved the entire experience so far. Each assistant has been lovely. My most recent experience I had Alexa and she was really sweet, on top of it, and even turned on the great British baking show while getting a filling so I wouldn’t have to think about the unpleasantness. Great experience! 10/10

Amazing dental cleaning which I can’t believe I am putting those 2 things together. The hygienist Lou was incredibly kind, thorough and no pain at all and no numbing gel or anything. GREAT VISIT and best dental office ever.

Dr Jessica & Rose are amazing! Explained everything in detail, checked in throughout the process & quickly/effectively got my dental needs met. Highly recommend them and Timber Dental.

I really really like this dentist, I used to be so scared to go to the dentist but everyone here is so friendly and tries their best to make me comfortable. I have had a few issues today though-
I have a temporary crown that they added a bit too much cement when attaching it, leading to a lot of excess cement/sealant on the crown and the teeth next to it. In addition to this, there was some other thing (totally forgot the name haha) that was left that was poking at my gums, causing a bit of pain.
They prescribed me CHG mouthwash after they cleaned up my temp crown, but when I took it to the pharmacy they found that the prescription didn’t have directions for use so they couldn’t fill it.
All of these things are just accidents which I totally understand! They’re human and doing their best It’s just frustrating that it’s all happening within one day.
BUT all this said, the woman helping clean my crown was so sweet and gentle with me and explained everything, and the dentist was as well. The people at the front desk are always so kind! There hasn’t been a single person that has helped me here that I didn’t like or was rude to me. I really really love this dentist and would still recommend them to all my friends! Timber dental has changed how I view the dentist dramatically- for the better!

The Timber Dental EB staff is amazing:) Everyone is so nice and they all made me feel welcome and comfortable. My assistant Alexa is the sweetest and I love the front staff too! Too many good things to say about this office. Highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs!

My new patient exam was a welcoming experience. My new provider, Dr. Vogelsang, and my hygienist Jamie, provided me with some helpful insight to protect my smile in the long run.
The assistant Raina was kind and helpful throughout my appointment. Happy to have found this clinic.

I had a scooter accident and needed dental work done on one of my front teeth. The whole team at this location is amazing, especially Dr. Jessica and Rose who I’ve been with several times for my initial and follow up appointments. Best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist:)
