I researched other facilities & Timber Point is the best! Scott, Jeanne, Mel & the nursing staff are absolutely amazing! Anytime I have a question, I txt or call & they immediately respond with an answer. The room for my dad is spacious & clean. Could not be happier.
Even the residents are sweet & ask about my dad. Move in day there was a lady I believe was named Margo or Margie, a resident in a wheelchair, she said she was like an ambassador & asked all about my dad & his Vet years ect What a great lady! Felt welcoming. Thank you for all you do Timber Point!

Well I can personally tell you from the experience of getting our in laws into Timber point, from looking and touring a lot of senior facilities that by far Timber point has exceptional customer service from the people at the front desk to the facilities care team Scott Hanson he is exceptional was the one on of the easiest to talk with getting all the information and answering questions and knows how to take care of family members the way they should. This is the place for your loved ones to come they will take care of them as they are family. Timber Pointe has been a God sent for my family and I. Scott and the rest of the team have been a pleasure to work with. My parents are fairly new to living there and absolutely love it as well as the peace of mind it gives myself and my family to know there are in great hands is a huge relief. This place is so awesome! We come here to groom residential dogs and cats, and everyone from the staff to the residents to the pets are so friendly and welcoming! It’s always a pleasure coming here

In December I became a part of the management team at Timber Pointe and I can honestly say without a doubt that it is the best group of people I have ever worked with! They are passionate and caring about both our residents and fellow staff members, everyone comes together for each other and supports, I love it!

Maya, Scott, and Tammy are amazing! The facilities are beautiful and it has a great family atmosphere!

The care here is lacking. Constant turnover of staff. Subpar food. Sometimes unrecognizable as to what it is. Belongings of resident stolen and management doesn’t care or compensate. Sporadic cleaning, sometimes weeks go by with no cleaning. Management cares more about making money than about the people who live there.

Looked here for my grandparents, and loved the atmosphere and the staff. They made my family feel welcome and made the process of moving my grandparents out of their home, and into a care facility so much easier.
Food also was super good!

Timber Pointe is one of the most active facilities that constantly has something fun going on within the community and always invites the public. Timber Pointe is my first choice when my mom is ready!

I have never had a bad experience when visiting Timber Pointe! It is a wonderful community full of staff who are eager to help and residents who are friendly and welcoming. I have had many friends live or work at Timber Pointe and the sense of community is unmatched. If you are looking for a senior living facility for yourself or someone you love, I cannot recommend Timber Pointe enough.

I called Timber Pointe to get information for my loved one and I spoke with Scott & Maya numerous times since I had alot of questions and I have no experience with Assisted Living. The both of them were so informative and lead me down the right path which ended up being memory care for my Grandmother. Thank you Scott & Maya for all of your help even though we weren’t able to move there. I would definitely recommend Timber Pointe.

My family member used to live at Timber Pointe, and we had a great experience with the staff also the facility was very clean and was always hosting an event for families to join. I would highly recommend Timber Pointe to anyone that is looking to move into Assisted Living.

My grandpa lived at Timber Pointe and has passed a few months ago. The Timber Pointe staff were so caring and involved the whole time. My grandpa was very fond of Mel the nurse and how she cared for my grandpa.

My husband and I attend an event at Timber Point recently. We were greeted by staff and residents with openness and warmth. The event was organized and well planned. Upon taking a tour I observed cleanliness of rooms and common areas. A special shoutout to Scott and Maya for the invitation! I can't wait to be invited to the next event and to bring my family members.
