Scotty was amazing. I live in Klamath falls. We spoke for about a week and he had everything set up for me. The easiest and smoothest buying process i have ever had. Go to them if you can, you won't regret it.

Terry at Salem Harley is an amazing salesman. He was very personable and helpful. He know the brand well. He helped make buying my new 2021 Street Bob a breeze. Watson in finance made that side of buying a new bike the easiest experience I've had as well.
The parts department, service, and apparel staff were very nice and a pleasure to meet as well. Salem Harley and the staff made myself and step father feel right at home and like we've known everyone for years. We will be back for any of our future needs or just to visit at an event soon.

Update. Just got my new bike service done at Timber Town today. The service department was fast, friendly and very helpful.they even readjusted a few things that weren't on the list of required services.

Fourth bike bought from Timbertown and they are still the best dealership and people.
In my experience you won't find better deals with honest transparent pricing for your new sled.

We went there 20 of us with one broken down bike. They wouldn't even look at it told us we had to get an appointment.

I'll start with saying I've dealt with all the Harley dealerships from Salem up to Portland.

This review is for the service department as I've not yet purchased a bike from Timber Town, emphasis on the yet.

I needed some work done on my Road Glide, basic maintenence stuff like a break job, new rotors, 45k service, and a set of tires. My Road Glide had spoke wheels and require an odd bead seal kit. Sean, the service advisor was great about ordering the parts in ahead of time and making sure they had them by the time my bike was dropped off for my appointment. One of the kits for the front tire wouldn't seal correctly and Sean was great about getting the part ordered and shipped overnight just before the holiday weekend started.
The service tech Shawn (yes they are both named Shawn) was able to get the new kit on the front tire the first day back from the holiday weekend. Sean the service advisor kept me updated through the whole process which is kind of a breath of fresh air these days. Most service departments and I won't name names, are terrible at communicating.

I picked my bike up and Sean went over everything they did and answered any questions I had. I wasn't pressured into unnecessary services. Sean went over setting my front brakes and what to expect with my new tires. The service tech met me outside and shook my hand and let me know he left me a couple of pictures he took of my bike while he was working on it, which I thought was totally awesome.

Big thank you to both Sean and Shawn at Timber Town. You guys have earned my business for life and when I get ready to do some upgrades I'll definitely be returning to Timber Town to have the work done.

Gotta give major respect/props to this HD dealership! Tuesday, 8/15, my husband and I were vacationing in Pacific City, OR and decided to hit up the closest HD dealership, like we do in ever town we visit. This day was unusually hot, like 120 degrees on the roads, hot! Needless to say, I was unprepared and extremely dehydrated that I was on the verge of passing out. I was ready to take an ambulance ride to the local hospital. Scott and his team jumped into action! They didn’t hesitate to get me cooled down, cold water to rehydrate, elevate my feet and rest on their couch in their air conditioned showroom. Constantly checking on me, ready to call the paramedics if I didn’t improve. These guys definitely made me feel welcomed, cared for and recognized I was part of the Lita collective, which they support the local Litas! It was such an amazing experience to be truly welcomed and treated with such genuine care that I’ll never forget it! We bought a shirt and a coat to support their dealership, but if we were in the market of purchasing a 3rd Harley, we would’ve bought 1 on the spot! Excellent, quick service and able to get me in for a tire change on my Road Glide with short notice in the middle of a long trip. Staff up front in gear and clothing friendly and super helpful as well! Much appreciated!

Great experience. Got there after they closed and they stayed open for me. No pressure or trying to persuade me get something different. And a big thanks to Connor, he was awesome. Answered any questions I had and kept in contact with me. Everything was smooth and fast. Will be my GoTo for anything Harley I need.

Still hasn’t shown up at Harley to pick up, but in desperate need since I have a trip the end of this week. He went above and beyond and found the lock I needed! Thank you so much!

Great place! I could not believe the selection of bikes they had! One of the friendliest and most inclusive Harley dealers I have experienced. Made me feel right at home!

Wow! Where do I start?
I guess from the beginning.
I found the bike I liked and could possibly afford online and btw was referred to timbertown Harley by a friend. I made an online appt.and decided to call and double check that my appt.was indeed valid. I reached Scott Burns by phone and after a couple mins we had confirmed the appt. We (wife and I) drove 3 hours to Timbertown Harley with the attitudes that if all went well we would leave with our choice of a used ultra classic and if all didn’t go well we would write it off to a pleasant Saturday drive. Here’s what happened next. We arrive at the Harley shop and walk in, immediately greeted by the most welcoming and friendly staff of people that you could hope for. The gentleman or should I say the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure to meet was Scott the man I had made the appointment with. I can’t even put into words how much he made us feel as though we had been best friends forever and not at a salespersons level at all but pure empathetic and emotional feelings that make you feel better about yourself. He made everything about being there 100% wonderful. He was knowledgeable beyond what would be necessary to do his job and while training Eric the new salesperson whom with the leadership of Scott, Eric will be great someday himself. We also decided to get the wife a new riding jacket, so Monica and (so sorry I forgot your name) tall gray haired gentleman In accessory department stepped up to also provide superior customer service beyond any I have experienced anywhere.
SERIOUSLY if you don’t ride and just want some professional advice and want to see what a bike is all about then Timbertown Harley is the place to check out. If your a rider and going somewhere else then switch to these guys at Timbertown Harley. You won’t be disappointed. Btw if you read any not 5 star reviews about them, just remember you can’t please everyone especially those whom have had there Wheaties pissed on that morning lol.
5 star is too low of a rating for them, but hey don’t take my word for it go check it out yourself. It cost nothing to look.

Very friendly, sales person Scott did not come across as a sales person. Felt more like i was meeting up with an old friend. Showed me a few different bikes and listen to what I wanted and locked down the perfect bike. Highly recommend stopping by

Scott Burns was outstanding! Went above and beyond to get me what i wanted for a bike and the payments. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Parts guys were awesome! Even the new guy who was "still learning" stuck with me and made sure I got the brake line I needed. Most guys would have just said sorry and gave up. He stuck with it and figured it out, and I walked out with the exactly what I needed. I stopped at 2 other dealers and both gave the obligatory "sorry, we don't have that". I also appreciate that TT keeps a very good inventory. When the other guys say they have to order it, check with TT. They usually have it and are worth the drive. Thanks guys!

Tried to buy a tee-shirt. Print on the shirt was off center so I asked for a discount to which they declined. So instead of a discounted sale they got no sale. Also Salem isn't Oregon's "timber town" so the name doesn't make sense. Won't return.

No pushy sales tactics here. They ask the right questions, and listen to what you have to say. They had a huge selection of new and pre-owned Harleys to choose from! If you need a new bike, don't bother looking anywhere else!

Needed a new drive belt and gaskets. Had everything in stock and at competitive pricing. Also got my veterans discount. Well done, fellas. You guys give Harley dealers a good name. Keep it up!

In my opinion this location has gone downhill since the ownership change. Horrible client service combined with questionable business integrity equals riding to the Eugene or Portland dealerships.
Beware if you have any pre paid maintenance or service contracts from the previous ownership the current ownership is NOT honoring those contracts/liabilities that typically are carried forward as part of the sale.

Thank you for the reply. When I was in on Thursday your service rep at the back told me he would not honor the prepaid. Said why would they? Then the marketing lady who was back there chatting laughed at me and walked away. Thanks again for the reply I will try again to make a service appointment
