Derrick was horrible to conversate with about trying to get a quote for a auto insurance policy. I mean man how do you give a person trying to live right a hard time? Unbelievable.

Have worked with Timmco for a year. I remember them being very friendly and helpful on the first interaction a year ago. Since then Timmco believes in the “Rely on insurance companies automated reminders” to renew and gather savings.

When working with a private firm like this, it seems counterintuitive to rely on automated emails, instead of personally corresponding and finding you savings or benefits for plan reconfiguration. This set up and forget process is the primary reason I will no longer be working with this company.

With lack of customer retention and lack of help, you are better off signing up through major carriers on their website. They will be sure to provide the same hands off approach with no added fees for the firms “service”

I have worked with Timmco Insurance for about 15 years. When I started as a client, the only insurance we needed was renters insurance and auto insurance. Now we own a home, have multiple vehicles, and as a business owner I have multiple business policies with them. The thing that impresses me the most is their customer service. I never have to wait to get answers to my questions. They are incredibly responsive by phone and email, from big things like claims issues to small things like mailing address changes. I work with Brian Timm, and he never makes me feel like I am bothering him when I ask for explanations or clarifications. You never realize how important it is to have a local insurance agent until something goes wrong. I can honestly say I feel like my family, my home, and my business are protected because the folks at Timmco have taken the time to make sure we understand our policies and have the protection they would want for their own families.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Just a friendly nudge to more services than requested, not heavy-duty pressure.

My wife had an accident when attempting to avoid a squirrel in the road. Her Toyota RAV4 suffered front-end damage after crushing a mailbox. On the day that I reported this damage to our Timmco agent Derek Ames, I observed Mr. Ames working into the evening to help us with our claim. Thanks, Mr. Ames for your dedicated service. I am not surprised that I am adding yet another positive comment to the collection of positive comments here.
