Service is okay prices are a little high communication is hard to explain what you're wanting I got shellac today and I didn't want shellac and I stated that I didn't want shellac however the color swabs that they handed me were shellac so when I picked one low and behold I got shellac for another $30 on top of what I already expensive walked out $75 later for a manicure and a pedicure and it was not acrylic on the manicure 75 for a basic manicure and pedicure is very high it's normally 45 primarily Communication Breakdown

It was my first time coming here and I was also a walk in customer. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! I didn’t have to wait at all! Hanna did an amazing job with my pedis and was very easy to talk to. Her massage was the best and was very careful with my feet! Then I got a manicure with Ruby and she was also amazing! I showed her a design I thought was cute and she recreated it just like the picture I showed her. I will be coming back because they are all so sweet and did an amazing job!:)

First time here and let me say i will be coming back! I forgot to ask the name of my nail tech but he did such a wonderful job! I really appreciate that he took his time and paid attention to detail.i showed him a picture of what i wanted and my nails seriously came out better than the picture, so so happy with the way they came out!

Absolutely fantastic of a time and service. Took my girlfriend to get our nails done, walked in for our appointment and were promptly seated to get started. I asked for stilettos (as the last place I visited flunked that and gave me almond shapes) and was instantly asked how long and if I wanted them a soft point or sharp point. Jay was amazing on top of EVERYTHING! I couldn't be happier with my nails my new go to place for sure!

They can do just about anything you want. If you have a picture it helps. I don't mind paying more for what I want.

Been here twice. First time with Jay who did an amazing job so I made an appointment with him again but he was out so I booked with David. And I am so happy with my nails. He did exactly like the picture I showed him. Both experiences were wonderful. Definitely found my new spot.

Got a full set of acrylics and they were amazing! Didn’t take long at all and the result was beautiful. Definitely coming back more.

I love coming here! I always get my nails done by Tina or sky and their work is amazing! They are very professional and a friendly staff. I’ve been coming here for about a year and a half.

I was recommended going here by my coworker after having so many bad experience at other salons. This is now my new go to! I had Kim and she gave me one of the best nail sets I've ever had! I'm so happy with them!

Very nice place to go! No appointment necessary and they still get you in, do an awesome manicure and pedicure, and get you back out so you can do other things!

Not only are they close to work but they are friendly and the prices are just right. Had the best experience. The massage for mu pedicure was so nice. The gentlemen gave my legs and feet several massages through the whole process. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. The atmosphere was calm and the business is extremely clean. I think this was the best pedi I have ever had. What an amzing experience.

This IS my place! But not all the techs are great! Be careful I usually go to one person but the few times our schedules have been off and I took a chance my experience hasnt been good. The head lady, people call her Tina, shes so nice to the customers.really everyone is BUT not everyone has magic hands. My nails have never looked like this underneath. What you see is the gel polish and layers of filing dust.after i was done.

I moved in OR in June, since then I've tried so many places in the area and I haven't gotten any luck! All i got was disappointment from the salons! But today was an awesome day! I found Tina's nails and Spa! Tina was really nice and waxed my brows and upper lip. And the girl that did my nail was awesome! I came with a broken nail that was bleeding yesterday. She was awesom She took it off and I didn't feel anything! I'm so happy. She accidentally gave me a cut on my skin but it's totally fine! I'll definitely come back! Thank you!

This is the best place I have gone to so far! Sky did my nails so professionally and I received the best service from her it’s a really clean work place and they get to you right away and make sure the costumers are feeling comfortable.

Great place to just get your nails painted and manicures and pedicures. They had a lot of options for colors. They made it a great experience.

Tina and her staff are so kind and do beautiful work. Came again 3 weeks ago but they were busy i usually set out 4 hour to wait and get mani pedi im a regular here but they didnt even service me welcomed the three ladieds next to me and continued with their client so i left and went to MPI Nail across from taco bell near Washington square. Was disappointing.

Hands down best place to get your nails done! Beautiful work and attention to detail. I showed the girl a picture and she did it EXACTLY like the image, jewels and length.

I had been going to the same nail salon for over four years, but my best friend recommended this place and I was outstandingly surprised. I’m happy she convinced me because now I have multiple options for when I need to give myself some pampering! Everyone does a really good job and they are all about satisfying the clients needs. I have gotten stiletto, coffin, ombré, gel, and even the occasional Swarovski crystal accent nail. Without a doubt one of the best shops in the area.
