Just came here for the first time and I will definitely NOT be back. My nails are so uneven and there's gel stuck underneath them and I've already had to file 4 of them just to make them look rounded. The gel isnt covering all of my nails on most of them and they missed the sides on more than half. My daughters nails are patchy and uneven too but she just got polish.
The whole time it felt like they were just trying to get us out as fast as possible even though there wasn't even one single person waiting. She couldn't even take 3 seconds to knock the loose nail dust off after filing them before putting on the base coat, which also didn't even cover half my nails And she didn't remove all my old polish
Don't go here if you want quality. Don't go here if you rarely get to treat yourself and want something nice. Do not go here if you want your nails to look decent and not hurt you.
My finger tips hurt from trying to file off all the extra gel underneath them. And im bleeding on one now because it was so messed up and I just wanted it to look halfway ok. I dont even want to go get them fixed because of how bad this is in the first place. I'm afraid they'll make it even worse because they only care about getting it done as fast as they can.
I only get to do this once a year at best because of my financial situation and im really disappointed right now.

Bad service and the person doing my nails was definitely didn’t know how to work with natural nails. There’s a difference between fake nails and natural nails. When she filed them, she filed them like fake nails even though I told her they were my own.
I’d say…. If you have fake nails, go for it. If you have your own……I’d find someone else.

Came in as a walk-in asking if they had a nail tech that does nail art, the lady was very rude and not Interested in obtaining my business! While I was trying to ask her questions! She said they do minimal flowers and I need to go somewhere else.
Not even seeing what I wanted to have done.
Indeed. I will never come back again. Poor customer service.

Don't get your nails done here - my wife went there and $60 later they have popped off about 20 times in less than a week. The first one popped off less than 48 hours after she visited.

The best nail place in the area. Wonderful prices and very friendly people. Very very clean place. The Christian music is plus to!

April is simply the bomb she's nose my fingers my eyebrows my toes and she amazing I love me some April and her sister

She RIPPED off my previous set by sticking a nail under them instead of removing them with acetone to not damage my nail beds. Also, the time before that I asked for ombré nails & she said no because that would be hard. What kind of place doesn’t do ombré nails? Needless to say, I’ll be finding somewhere where they’re not lazy.

Very bad service and poor quality product, I just had my nails done 2 days ago and they already felt off, paid $80 Dollars and it’s completely worthless. Never going back.

My nails came out so good! I loved it. The customer service is good and the workers are very nice. We had a great time talking. The price was a little to expensive but that is ok. In all it was a 10 out of 10

They cut my finger nails and toe nails way to short. So short that my toes and fingers were hurting for about a week. Nice people and good prices but not worth it to me.

All the ladies are great. You can't go wrong with any of them! I personally see April and she's amazing!:)
Anytime you go in they all say hi and when you leave they'll say bye. I get my eyebrows done and get solar nails and I always get complements on both eyebrows and nails. So everybody should go:)

This is the worst set of nails I have ever gotten. Ever. Glue is everywhere. It’s bumpy and so thick. Never go here

April has years of experience doing nails. She's fast, gentle & her work is fantastic. Their spa pedicure with hot stone massage & paraffin wax & shellac pollish was worth every penny! I subtracted one star due to cleanliness of the building.

The ladies are very nice. The prices are great compared to other places and they do great work. My nails always last a long time.

It was okay to get a get manicure. They get you in and out but polish chips within a week or starts peeling off. I only went there because they are open on Sundays. The technicians are really nice and helpful that's why I have them a three.

The service was very bad and not clean or professional.my nails are extremely bumpy and not straight.do not recommend.

Okay so I've had many pedicures in my 39 years but the one I got today was THE best one of my entire life. May did my pedicure and she got me feeling so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. I am a customer for life now. Thank you May!

This was the worst experience ever! The took the toe separators of my co worker then put them on me. Super rushed. I have nail polish all over my skin.

I have been going here for a long time and today I want to get my nails done and I ended up not liking the color but I felt way too uncomfortable to say anything.so I start Havin anxiety attack and started crying and felt like they were making fun of me. I had such a horrible time and when I call to see if I can get my nail color change I would have to pay an additional $20 to what I already paid which was 30. This is horrible customer service. I hate My nails and feel horrible and embarrassed.no one should feel like that when getting their nails done.
