My Grandfather, who is elderly, hired this company to install his heating unit and was a loyal customer. He has had issues with his unit & thermostat ever since it was installed. Recently his heating unit quit working completely. The service guy twiddled his thumbs and ran around in circles for hours and never could figure out the problem. Then tried to charge my grandfather $600 without fixing the problem and with no solution in mind. The company is giving him the run around and passing the ball off, blaming the power company. There is nothing wrong with the power. Now my 90 year old Grandfather who lives in Trail has NO HEAT for the winter. This is poor business relations and a mistreatment of the elderly. I plan to report this abuse to the better business beauro, On my Grandfathers behalf.

Needed to replace my 22-year-old residential HVAC system as a precaution from failure. Interviewed 9 local Heating & air contractors featuring Lennox, Trane, Carrier, Goodman, etc. Conducted research on HVAC manufacturers, Local HVAC contractors, Consumers Reports, neighbor’s experiences, etc. Then had each selected local HVAC rep come to my home and survey my requirements, provide a quote, proposal, and any collateral information on why to choose their company product offering.
Narrowed my decision based on 3 criteria-

Net Price which included medium level manufacturers equipment, warranty, specifications, reputation for reliability, consumer reviews, consumer satisfaction.

Local Contractors quotes, proposals, presentations, recommendations, follow through and follow up, responsiveness to questions, emails, and alternate equipment configurations.

Willingness to work with me on available promotions from the manufacturer, incentives from the State of Oregon Energy Trust, and equipment that qualified for 2023 Federal Tax credits.

Titan had one of the best team of installation individuals I have been involved in ever. We could not be happier with our decision.

I got quotes from multiple companies and they were very competitive…I decided on them because I had a good experience with Chris who came out and quoted the job. His crew was amazing, always respectful, reliable, on time and really a great pleasure to have at our house. They went above and beyond and even repaired some things for me that weren’t part of their quote. It’s rare to find honesty and integrity in people or in a business these days…I highly recommend them for residential or commercial work…So glad I went with them. Thank you Titan Heating and Air.

The Titan team came recommended to me by a personal friend and I was still surprised at how fun and positive these guys were from beginning to end. Chris, the owner paid a personal visit to design the best systems for 2 completely separate spaces and unique situations. He's on top of the technology and balances the intricacies of installation with aesthetics. The scheduling was surprisingly quick (though I wasn't during an extreme weather situation) and the install process went fast. The very best part for me was the great dynamics of the install team- their attitudes about about the hard work involved with installing in attic and crawlspaces was inspiring and hearing their joyful banter during the day a delight. The products are performing as quiet and efficient as Chris said they would; even though they had to install extra lines and boxes than the bid was for, no extra costs were added to my bill. What can I say other than I wish all my home contract work was even close to my experiences with Titan.

We had a complete HVAC system replaced. The replacement was done in a timely and courteous manner and their pricing was excellent. Total experience could not have been better.

I have never used their service and definitely never will, the man who owns this company, Mr. Chris Lewellyn, is a complete psychopath. Yesterday on my way home he chased me to my house in his work vehicle because I apparently “cut him off” then proceeded charge my vehicle after I parked while threatening me with violence. Thankfully I was open carrying at the time (which is legal in the state of oregon) which is probably the only thing that stopped him from assaulting me in my own parking lot. I have filed a complaint with the company and made a report. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS
