Dr Sarah's procedures are life-changing. This sounds hyperbolic but I assure you it is not. I have had constant upper back, neck, and shoulder pain my entire life, probably due to moderate scoliosis - I'm pushing 50. I've tried many things; all were incredibly temporary (deep tissue massage, various medications, PT).

I really thought the pain would just never stop. I went in a skeptic, and now my only fear is that she will retire!

Very professional and timely. Relaxing studio with pleasant music. Sarah explained everything well and was very friendly. Highly recommended!

Dr. Stevens skills and healing abilities are truly first rate. While I never intend to underestimate what a person can do, I really would have bet against her, having my body feeling as good as it does in six visits. I’m very blessed to have been referred to her. Thank you!

Update:

I got a phone call back from Dr. Sarah. She apologized that they made a mistake not taking away the advertising which I felt be mislead. I appreciate that her response; she said she would give me refund and give me a complimentary treatment. That's the update from To The Point PDX.
After the phone call, I recall the conversation we had. My question is why the assistant and the doctor have different explaination about the massage issue.
I asked what services to expect for the next visit. She said she will give me needling serving. I will sit probably from 10 to 20 mins. She will try to needle slower if I want her to do so and 30 mins face to face contacts in the room and not quite sure what gonna do during the time. Then I rest for 10 mins. My conclusion is if the total needling treatment is only 10 - 20 mins for $255. Then I prefer they can just advertise exact amount of time not try to fill the time to match their advertising when we question it. That is transparency and honesty.

Negative point is the rate they deserve.
They charged me $255 for initial service (75 mins). But the whole needling service was only 10 mins (front and back 5 mins each). I didn't have an efficient consultation and 20 mins massage for the rest time.
At the end of the service they kept pushing me to book the next visit. I am not happy to pay more than $200 for 10 mins of needling.

PS. Afterward I got an explanation about the massage from them. They said the doctor changed a new way and they didn't change the website yet. If that's the case, then they are not honest to customers, as customers expect and agree with what the website said and sign an agreement form. Then pay $10 deposit beforehand. Seems we are forced to accept the ways whatever they want when we get there? Not even explained during consultation.
I didn't see any NEW or efficient ways during the procedure. I highly doubt the explanation they gave me. I am still waiting for the doctor's response. If necessary, I will update here. It is our customers' right to get what we pay for.

Dr. Sarah is so great! It's a great little spot and it's very welcoming there. She made me feel very comfortable and the treatment has helped so quickly. I've only been twice but I am already feeling so much better. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sarah is literally a miracle worker! I came to her with pain in my right foot and ankle that had lasted over a year and within 3 weeks I am pain free and able to do all the activities I’ve been missing. I’m not sure if me or my dogs appreciate Dr. Sarah more! If you’re skeptical about the dry needling process, PLEASE give it a try, I promise she won’t disappoint.

I went into my appointment not really knowing what to expect. A good friend advised me that dry needling may help my lower back pain that chiropractic had not helped. My appointment was with Sarah and right from the start I was comfortable with how she made me feel and that she cared about me feeling better. She ask me many questions to best understand what my issues were and know how best to treat them. Then explained what and how she would do them. I can't say I wasn't a bit nervous at first but Sarah is very good at what she does. I did not experience the pain I thought would happen. Sarah told me I may not notice relief in one visit and she was right. I will be back next week because I believe it will help and I have heard from friends about the improvement they have experienced. I am looking forward to feeling better and believe it will happen.
