Tonkin Gresham Honda, Troutdale OR

Just bought a new CR-V at Tonkin Gresham Honda. Had a wonderful experience. I had requested a quote online. When we went in to the dealership they honored the quote with no haggling. Our salesman Tony was wonderful to work with. Polite, friendly and respectful. Others were the same. Overall a great place to buy a car. Thank you for making us happy with our new car.

They wanted to check my credit before giving me the price. I said may be I gonna pay cash if I like your price no need to check my credit
The guy said prices are online if I wanna compare between dealers and I’m waisting his time.that was really rude I can’t believe it

Nice place to get my car serviced. We bought our '16 Pilot Touring with lots of additions from Tonkin Honda at 122nd by transferring stock from the Gresham Honda lot, since the sales people at 122nd ignored us for 15 minutes. Either racist or clowns. Either way, they lost a $48K sale. Also bought a 97 and 2003 C-RV from Gresham Honda in the past. Great experience. Prefer Gresham Honda over Tonkin Honda at 122nd hands down.

Great experience all around. As a professional is is pleasant to work with other professionals that know their trade well. Brendan was top notch, very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Most sales reps are annoying and pushy. These guys were the opposite, friendly and easy to deal with. Will buy from them again.

from Gresham Ron Tonkin Honda and overall, I have to say that I love my car and get betwen 35 and 65 mpg.
I trust that the work they say they perform is done with real Honda parts.the service advisors are knowledgeable and helpful.get a real good deal on oil changes and a free car wash.

Dont do service at Gresham Honda. I have been trying to get ahold of someone in the finance department for about 6 weeks, I have left 4 voicemails and no one returns my calls. I have called about 10 times and no one ever answers in finance. If you want good customer service I would not do business here.

When it comes to my car's I'm very DIY in nature. I don't like other people touching my car's. Even though Pontiac is out of business it's nice that I can still get OEM parts when they aren't carried by stores like O'Reilly's or Auto zone. I described they parts I was looking for since I couldn't find the part # anywhere and they found the correct ones for me brand new. No complaints from me
