I recently purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox, after placing a down payment and giving 5 references and signing documents all that was left was getting the truck on my policy policy which only took mins. Then Mike told me that id be hearing from the finance company about payment arrangements, he did call but it was about job history and he needed a W2, needless to say this put me needing to save the truck by finding last year's w2, i couldn't find them. Today I actually found them, hoping this saves our deal.
Needless to say Mike got me a deal and he's even willing to have car prepared for me tomorrow, way to go!
Truck shows a check engine light 2 days ago and they don't care to answer

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do not buy from these scam artists. Reported them to the better business bureau for poorly running an operation and to the OHA for being rude to customers and not wearing masks. And went out of his way to insult me over facebook messenger. Take a look folks. Told me I need counseling and I’m throwing a fit. When I told him his bad attitude won’t earn my business.

Overall a good experience. The salesman Mike was not pushy and was friendly. The truck I have had for a little over a month now and has been great, no issues with the truck. The paperwork process should be faster for titling the vehicles which is the only reason it is 4 and not 5 stars.

ZERO stars, Zero phone etiquette and social skills to say the least. I waited a day and a half for them to tell me something they knew before I even submitted an application. I called a number of times and kept getting the run around.or an we'll call you back. I had to call yet again.take your business elsewhere you'll be happier with less time wasted

Dealt with a guy named Mike who was very dishonest about the vehicle we where purchasing. This dealership buys cars from the auction, details them, spends no money fixing them and tries to sell them knowing the vehicle has issues. Then they try to convince you that it’s a family business not just an LLC and they take pride in their work. Well actions speak louder than words I’d avoid this dealership if I were you.

The most devious, deceptive, and bully dealers in town. Deception is how they do business.they promise to follow up with you and tell you the used car will be repaired by their mechanic if any issue arises until you buy the car. Then once you paid, they smoke cigar on your face inside the office and start trash talks when you tell them serious issues you faced with the car. Be cautious! If you want to buy car, buy from individuals.if not try other dealers who have reputation for being accountable and responsible.

Don’t buy from them, I bought a car from here for 4K and it broke down within days I’ve put over 2 thousand dollars into it and it now has a failed turbo. I’ve never had a car with this many problems and they rushed me to buy it and made it sound like it was a great deal. Not to mention it’s rear view mirror was broke and they refused to fix it. Horrible, dishonest, and most unprofessional dealers I’ve met. Save your time and just go to a real dealership or personal

Tony's auto scams is bad for buisness please ppl do not buy from them just bought a truck an it's not running now 4k to fix the whole underneath bad thing about it is they knew the truck was messed up before they sold it an how do I know Tony told me
