Tooth + Tusk Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics

My 6 year old is very nervous and the staff at Tooth & Tusk took good care of him. They explained to him what they were doing as they were doing it, asked him if he was comfortable/okay. His cavities took less than an hour to fill. I’m very happy with the services we received.

Always friendly and really quick with what they need to do. Kids don’t have a chance to be scared, when my son was nervous they got the job done all while telling him step by step and assuring him he would be okay and comfortable. My kid doesn’t hate the dentist which is a big win!

I will NEVER bring my children to Tooth & Tusk ever again! My appt was Augst 10 2023. They are NOT a safe place for children! They left a massive syringe laying out for a child to grab and either stick another child in the eye or them self's who knows what chemical the staff has is in it. How can a company be so reckless when you're dealing with children. This is clearly a child endangerment issue. After finding the needle I went up to the front desk and asked IF I COULD PLEASE TALK TO A MANAGER? Very rude staff acted as if I was a problem. "ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS" they must have enough money to just lose customers left and right! They replied - unfortunately she is not in today. She will be back on Friday the 11th and I asked them if they needed my phone number to have her call me and they said we have your number on file. Thats been 2 weeks and not 1 person called me back! 2 weeks! NOT 1 CALL! They have zero concerns about your children it's a dangerous office place to be in how reckless you can be with other people's children!? They have cameras that clearly show what employee left it there ZERO accountability here! NO CALL -The excuses were. Thats not from us that was from the Orthodontics' sides needle! "WARNING" NEVER TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE EVER AGAIN! I LOVE MY KID'S WAY TOO MUCH TO LET THEM BE SEVERLY HURT FROM A NEEDLE THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN LEFT OUT! THIS IS SUPOSED TO BE CHILDREN FRIENDLY I TRUSTED THEM WITH MY KIDS!

My advice to the owner you have very serious staff issues and its
not being addressed. If you plan on keep this office, go look at your reviews! We know exactly what the problem is!

P. S NOBODY CARED ENOUGH TO CALL ME BACK ARE YOU OK HAVING YOUR KIDS JUST THERE TO MAKE MONEY AND NOT LOVE OR CARE FOR THEM-NOT ME! I am taking this further!

HORRIBLE front desk service. Lied saying things are "policy" and couldn't even provide documentation of said "policy. " Lazy employees just want to go home. TRUST ME go elsewhere, even if there is a wait.

It was very good at the dentist yesterday. My kid got Gold Rush braces, and they were very amazing and the dentist is very amazing for this.

What a great experience! The Dr and team are so good at what they do. The assistants were able to make it fun and interactive. Would highly recommend this office.

This was our first visit, and Claudia and Sherry were super helpful and nice. My son is very anxious every time he goes to a dentist, and they manage to have him calm and happy and did a terrific job with the cleaning, and explaining next steps. Thank you

My kids came in for cleanings and sealants.the hygienists were so kind and careful with my guy, and extremely patient and compassionate with my fearful little girl.this office is perfect for kids with ASD and other elevated needs, like mine.i was able to be next to both of my kids at the same time, which was amazing.the care and patience they received was top notch, and scheduling was a breeze.thanks everyone!

Took my daughter here for her first dentist appointment. She was probably 15 months when we brought her in. Did fine with toothbrushing prior to appointment. Dentist held her down, forced teeth brushing and flossing, straight up traumatized her and it's been a nightmare ever since. It's like 4 months later. Never going back
