Top Shelf Budz / Nectar - Milwaukie Harmony

Good service once I went inside (cashier was professional and fast). But, the online curbside service didn't work, after clicking the text link and waiting out front for 5-8 minutes when the store only had one customer in it and three employees. Their other locations curbside service works much better and faster.

Staff is always extremely friendly, cheapest deals in my area and yet some of the highest quality products IMO. Strongly recommend giving them a look!

These guys have been my number one go to, ever since they were owned by those Top Shelf clowns. While Top Shelf struggled to give its employees decent product to work with, they still dealt with it like total champions and were still able to make incredible recommendations despite having the odds stacked against them. Since the transition to Nectar, the quality has increased substantially, the budtenders seem much happier, and are able to do their jobs with pride, and do this exceptionally well. The prices are great, their deals make them even more so, and I have yet to receive a single product from this place that wasn't either exactly as advertised, or better than. Love this shop.

Great deals, staff was friendly. Amber was knowledgeable about the product and was so helpful. I'm glad I found my new little Nectar!

All around they seem to be 15-20+% more on everything than competition. I spent about $34 on a cart that goes for $27 all day long anywhere else. They offer discounts, if you want to sign up for yet another BS club card. Customers are kept 20 feet away from anything. I couldn't read any labels and no written menu is made available.

I went in this 1st time since it was during a winter storm and they were the only place with power. I wouldn't go back again unless it was due to another storm. I

This place used to be great as Top Shelf Budz but I will not be returning now that it’s a Nectar. I gave them a shot to see if they would honor the rewards I had built up at Top Shelf (they did not) and ended up signing up for their rewards program. I was explicitly told they do not sell or give away any of your info you provide. That was a lie. I immediately started getting robo spam texts, half of which reference Nectar. Avoid this chain at all costs.

Normally i hate ratings but this place Ive just bought so much weed from and it deserves a 10/10. It’s gone up and down in service and the prices have gone up just like everywhere where else yet the quality stays consistent.

The slowest store in the world for no reason 3 customers can occupy the store for an HOUR, 30 mins with each customer. If its gonna continue like this im gonna open a weed store next door just for the people that waiting

Weed is good, but not worth the wait. Understaffed. Someone should open a shop next door for the people that walk out because of the wait line.

Expect a fairly long wait time + prices have got pretty expensive within the last 6 months and inventory has been pretty lackluster as well. Oregon bud company has better deals on equally good, if not better bud.

Bro they used to be great, but they haven’t had anything lately. They’ve been out and have nothing good besides $8 grams. I’m disappointed. Need a new dispenso for sure.

I have come to top shelf for some time now. Generally it's ok. The flower is great and at a good price, however all there other product is waaaaay over priced compared to most other shops. There customer service is pretty mediocre at best, I went in today and there was only one customer and 3 tenders not one of then said hello and the first thing they said was can I see your id.the rest of the time they were more interested in each other and how the back end apparently doesn't help enough. With service like that I'd stay in the back too.

Kayla and Jess were treated horribly by another customer because of price, unnecessarily. This is the best price and the best budtenders I have dealt with. I would recommend this place to anyone. Always nice and full of good conversation. I return for the service regularly. They are wonderful

If you want weed, this is a good place to go because they always have it in mass quantities at fair prices.

But they should call this place Top Shelf Oil, since that's all they have left after their dozen or so employees use their employee discount on the low-end stuff. I've heard them brag on multiple occasions about doing full gram dabs of the cheap stuff I go there for, while also being told that they don't have it in stock 9 out of 10 times I go in. I understand cheap oil is popular and tends to go quickly, but a business should prioritize having product in stock for its customers over having stoned employees who take too long to ring up customers.

They literally had the most pathetic stock I've ever seen. The shelves were practically bare. If you're looking for options, keep on driving till the next dispensary (a few minutes away)

Unbelievable slow employees. They intentionally slow the traffic so u think they have more business.

Just got back in to portland went to my shop to find out the best budtender they had quit and the one that helped me was rude.line is to long to act like that thanks anyways.

Ive Been going here from the start and it’s always had great prices and quality, however you better have time to waist if you go to top shelf. The lines can get terrible but much more frustrating than that the bud tenders consistently spend an extra 3 to 5 minutes talking and telling non related stories. It’s visibly and sometimes verbally made clear from the customers in line that they need to pick up the pace.
