Top to Bottom, Portland OR

I always love going to top to bottom great pricing on most of the items and so far quality is decent

Can't even bring a purse in with you now apparently according to the sign at the front door, they can't say hello when you go inside but they can follow you around like you need to steal their bargain bin clothes

Didn't have exactly what i was looking for but i found something even better—every time i go to top to bottom, this is a summary of my experience

Went in there with my grandkids, shopping upstairs and was accused of stealing because I had a big green purse. I come there all the time and I've NEVER been so appalled with their service and bad manners! His approach was all wrong! And another employee was smirking!

I used to get all the old throwback Hiphop outfits here back in the day. Prices seem moderate and the kicks are meh. Fitted hats still on deck tho and and nice selection of dickies and bend Davis.

The people who own the store were very kind to me and showed me where stuff was when I asked with no problems. The women's stuff is on the second floor, and the men's is downstairs. They have lots of options and choices and the store was extremely well kept which I loved! Will definitely be taking another trip down there next weekend. For those who are plus size, for women I saw as high as 3x and 20 in jeans, for men I saw as high as 6x. So they definitely are looking out for us bigger people as well!

Need socks, boxers, wife beaters lol tank tops or some fitteds. Prices are as is. This place cool. Got things I needs. White tees black tees (trooper house slippers) all kinds colors shirts. They also have a jewelery shop in house and great employees Praise GOD I found a good place to shop. HE>i

I love this place. I like to get in, do my shopping, and get out. They are friendly but they don't engage in alot of conversation. Saving me from having to awkwardly hold the conversation lol. Great clothes and amazing prices.

Went to patronize the top and bottom establishment today, bought a couple of t-shirts, I remember not too long ago, when you could buy a t-shirt for $5, now they are $9, everybody's on the band wagon of price gouging. It's really a shame

I love top to bottom. Got a great sparkly t-shirt and a couple hoodies for under $50. Would recommend this store to friends and family. Love the prices and styles.

This place is unmatched for wholesale clothes like hats and shirts and stuff. Found a really cute custom bunny face shield here too. 10/10

Hay nice cool place to shop a lot of everything urban clean nice staff I will say this my next trip to Portland Or I'll be back I want everyone to check this place out next time your down there

Shop here a few times a year for the tshirts but they took the majority off the wall and they have kind of fallen in with the miscellaneous clothing in the middle racks. Kind of unfortunate for it being it's biggest attraction (imo). Hopefully it's just seasonal because I love the streetwise clothing brand.

This place is cool, they have a diversified selection of male and female cloths and accessories and the staff is really friendly and helpful!

I love the store because the prices are right the clothes are cool they got to spend anything you need I go there just about every day and get a new outfit. I would recommend it to anybody I see!
