I have been here for years. And I have nothing to say except Frances is a five star. She responds to everything in a timely manner, handles all situations with compassion, patience and is always considerate. She really is just a great person to have as a property manager.

I have lived at Towncenter for almost a year. I love that it is close to shopping and transit routes. Frances made sure I understood the rental process and she is always happy to help if I have a question. I love how safe I feel living a Towncenter, I am so happy that I made the choice to live at Towncenter.

This is our first apartment and first time moving out, Frances has been very helpful and quick to respond. My favorite part is she is never bothered to help with all my questions! The apartment space is very nice and the area is very quiet. Thank you town center apartments!

After talking with Frances, I knew I wanted to live at Towncenter. She was knowledgeable, helpful beyond reason and extremely understandable about my situation. She truly understood all of the ins and outs of my situation. My application was accepted and we were just in the waiting period to get everything setup for a move-in. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond either mine or Frances' control, I ended up not able to move in this time around. She was very understanding about that too and tried to help me figure out a way to make it work. She really went above and beyond to help me. I am grateful that during a really difficult and chaotic time in my life, Frances showed me kindness and compassion and was full of resources and knowledge about them. Thank you, Frances. I will apply again when everything lines up. I can't wait to live at Towncenter in the future. I hope you know that you were a shining light during this very difficult journey.
