I was totally amazed by this place great food, experience, and friendly staff the prices are affordable compared to other places that don't have any of those things that I listed

It was our first visit and the chicken burger did not disappoint! Drive thru was a bit long but we read other reviews that said it was normal so no biggy. Both the person taking our order and the person who handed us the food were super friendly and our order was correct when we got home (which is rare)! We'll definitely be back! I need to try the hemp burger next time!

We ordered through GrubHub and received ONE item from what we ordered! Called the number listed for Toxic Burgers to get the rest of our order, and was rerouted to some one not working at this place. Will not order from this place again! Seriously answer your own calls instead of having your customers leave you a voicemail.

I'll still go the Toxic on River Road, but this one severely lacks in quality and they have messed up the food the last 4 times I've gone. They always burn my fries and overall them to the point where they are inedible. I should have checked before leaving, as this seems to be a pattern, but my fries were literally blackened and they only put 3 two inch long nuggets when I paid for the 5 bone out wings. They literally put an entire tablespoon of salt on the fries and they were not only black but waaaay to salty to be edible. I definitely won't come back to this location.

The one on River road always has great service and the food is awesome. I don't know what the problem is with the 11th street one, but maybe they need to retrain their staff?

Used to be great, but their quality has gone WAY down. It was very disappointing. Their chicken strips (boneless wings) are really whimpy, their fish and chips isn't great, and their burgers have much less flavor. Very disappointing.

Got food in the drive through. Drove 20 mins to our destination and had no fries with any of our combos. Wanted to call but no number listed for west 11th location. The food we did get was good, but would have been nice to receive what we paid for.

So delicious! I'm a vegetarian and my husband and kids are not. We all loved each of our burgers. Staff is also so nice

Excellent quality food. They have a drive but it's not particularly fast. Chicken "nuggets" were whole chunks of chicken. Fries are my husbands favorite in Eugene. Definitely recommend just be awake it's not the fastest burger cause they are making it fresh!

My wife and I stopped off yesterday for the first time and we were not disappointed. I believe the manager took our order, he was awesome. He ran us through the menu and really made the experience fun. They were definitely the best wings I can remember ever having. A Toxic Wings in Lincoln City would absolutely take off. The wings there always taste like fish no matter what restaurant.

Not a big fan of their fry's but their burgers are

As a Delivery driver. They rarely if ever have the food ready when you get there. They don't seem to start the order until you have checked in.

Good wings and burgers. Everything tastes fresh. The wings are on point every time. And I was expecting ok burgers but they are delicious and well priced, sliders are equally good.

Delicious! I was so excited to hear that they had lots of gluten free options. I wanted to try it all. I live a half an hour away and it's definitely worth the trip. Can't wait to try more!

Helpful friendly staff walked me through the menu and was patient with all my questions. Delicious bbq chicken sandwich with added bacon. Tasty fries.

The thing to know, sides are not included but when added on to the price of a sandwich makes it still within $10-12 range.
Totally worth it.

I'll go 4 because the restaurant is super clean, everyone was very friendly, and the chicken was really good. With a name like toxic, I would have thought there would be some crazy hot sauces. Asked for the hottest they have, which I guess is lava.barely hot at all. I have a high heat tolerance, but this was about as hot as chili oil at a Chinese place. Overall, still good.

First time there and asked if I could get all flats 12 piece bone in wings. Guy taking order said idk if I can do that I’ll ask the cook. “Hey are there flat pieces in the bone in wing”. The cook said yeah flats and drumettes. The order taker came back saying yeah they’re all the same we can’t... Whattttt lol not an extravagant ask for all flats. Even more surprising the guy taking orders at a wing shop never heard of all flats.

The food here is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is laid back and fun. The presentation is great, I especially enjoy the fresh baked hamburger buns, complete with the logo branded into the top. All the ingredients are fresh, and masterfully paired with each other to create a true flavor adventure. I always order the burgers here, but one of these days I want to try the hot wings. The service has always been at the very least "good" and most of the time its great. The price is a little more than the typical burger, but still worth every dime. I look forward to my next visit.

Very friendly people and a very great place to get something to eat. Toxic truly cares for their customers by bringing gluten free options that are prepared so it does not touch any area that has had gluten previously touching it. The burgers are well worth the price being grass fed beef, making up for the small size of the burger with an amazing taste.

Toxic Wings also has a very friendly work environment, working with some really great and fun people.
