Royce was super helpful when I bought my car in for service. He explained what was done on our car and what we needed to have done in the future. He was super informative and friendly! I'll definitely take my car back!

I have taken my car into Toyota a few times now for service and have been impressed each time. Royce and the service crew are super helpful and friendly!

I’m so glad I found Wilsonville Toyota to take care of my Tacoma. Hands down the best service I’ve ever received! Had to get an estimate for a crash I was in. Was having a really hard time with collision centers and other dealerships…Royce, in the service department, took care of me quickly and explained everything I needed to know. Royce did an awesome job explaining the work to be done, even answering questions from my kiddo. Above and beyond, really felt like he was happy to help us. He even invited us out to go hit the trails with his club Campfire Passport. It was a great experience for me and my family. Royce has helped me take care of my Toyotas for several years. He has vast knowledge of Toyotas l; when I have questions he always returns my calls. He is very easy to work with for appointments. I trust his judgement- he is my go-to guy for service.

I bring my 2017 Prius Prime to have it serviced at Wilsonville Toyota due to the outstanding service that Royce consistently provides me. He is great at explaining the status of my vehicle and its servicing needs. He is great with his communications. I’m not usually the type to post online reviews, but the customer service at Wilsonville Toyota is really outstanding. I’ve had my Prius serviced there several times, and Royce is always helpful, attentive, and awesome. His team was able to completely fix an issue in my Prius that I had tried to have fixed at another place down in California twice, because it just kept coming up again. It has been running like a champ ever since I brought it into Wilsonville though. I will be going back for future maintenance for sure. Thank you Royce and Wilsonville Toyota!

Royce was fantastic! I feel like that I have an expert to speak with as well as an ally when I bring in my 4Runner. It is extremely nice to know that I can actually trust what I am being told and not being told that I need to buy items (or service) that is not necessary. Easy and quick at the beginning and told me 1 hr. I waited 3 hours for my car and they told me they needed a couple more hours.

Royce has been my service advisor for the last 7 years and has been nothing less than amazing. Always steering me and my vehicles in the right direction. Always prompt friendly and professional. I would highly suggest anyone with a Toyota of any year or make take it to Royce for all your needs.
