I took my daughters 2004 Jeep Patriot in for a nasty oil leak that 2 other mechanics were not able to find and Russ diagnosed it immediately and let me know up front what the problem was. They also did a very extensive vehicle inspection and found out the car needed a water pump and a front brake job. Russ was able to complete the job before the close of business and my daughter was able to get back to U of O that evening for work the next morning at 6am. I am very impressed with their service and Kimberly at the front desk was also amazing! Great business good people and very reasonable prices! I will be referring a lot of business their way. Available for emergency work though screwed up our radiator when they put a new one in.didn't change the thermostat. Thinking it screwed up car indefinitely and had him put a new radiator in. Car was never the same since so yeah we don't recommend it.

Could not recommend T & R highly enough. Living in Bend and purchasing a vehicle in Salem, we wanted to have it checked out prior to purchase. Russ got us in quickly, charged a very fair price for the inspection and provided us with the info we needed to make our decision.
After purchasing the car we ended up having to have a part replaced that was one of those fluke things that came up. Rather than have the dealer handle it, we chose to go back to Russ. He took care of us immediately. As far as we’re concerned, Russ is a rare find as a mechanic- kind, honest, knowledgeable and capable- and charges very fair prices!
We would recommend Russ to anyone and will definitely only go to T & R should we need any car services in the area in the future.
