Trader Joe's reviews
20Always a wonderful experience here. The workers seem happier than at any other grocery chain. They are consistently helpful, friendly and engaged. I leave here feeling uplifted and calm, not drained and annoyed like at other stores. Trader Joe's has a way of feeling like a local shop even though it's a national chain.
Super high quality good food for a fair price. Love all the Christmas goodies. The butter is the secret to all my holiday candy, cookie's and homemade honey butter rolls. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I started shopping at Trader Joes in 1964.
This place remains a favorite place to shop. Great staff, customer experience, and selection of quality grocery items. Just fun experience overall.
A trader Joe's with enough space to walk each aisle without feeling like someone is breathing down your neck! I Love trader Joe's, but I especially love the ones big enough to find what you need and want without feeling panicked and rushed by size of store.
I'm sorry to see that my local Trader Joe's has completely given up on fighting covid. There's no social distancing, no spacing out at the check stand. No limits to how many people can be in the store. I will not be coming back here.
Parking lot was a little nuts. Noon on a Friday is prime time apparently. Staff was helpful and friendly. Found everything I was looking for plus a bit more. Great selection of goods. Fantastic cheese selection! 10/10 would recommend.
Great prices. Parking lot was full mid day on a Thursday. Better to park outside the lot. Great Rosemary olive bread!
Standard Trader Joe's location. Nothing more or less than you would expect to have at any other location.
Gotta love Trader Joe's! Big shout out to them for all of the vegan-friendly options they've added recently. This is a busy location, but there's some street parking nearby if the lot is full.
I love Trader Joe's products, but the staff at this location comes off as unfriendly and slightly rude at times. They do not acknowledge their customers at the cashier register very much. I'd like to see them work on their customer service skills more at the cashier register.
Clean, well stocked with plenty of room in the aisles. Parking lot was full, be turn over happened pretty quickly. Knowledgeable, friendly staff.
Had a lovely conversation with Jorge. He was thoughtful. I could tell he was listening to me. And really cared. So nice to feel heard and cared about while performing everyday mundane task. Bravo Jorge and TJs
Very busy be on the lookout for people scoping out cars. Didn't have red jalapenos but a lot of nice produce.
Nice, big, and helpful & friendly staff. The parking lot is pretty congested, but I think that is just due to busy downtown location.
TJs has been my go to for many years The Hollywood store is my stomping ground now and I love it A helpful crew member pointed me to the apple cider donuts which were exceptional Last visit I tried the cranberry relish which was superb So many staples here the list would take days to write
The parking and location tend to get very congested, but this is still one of my favorite TJ's on the East side for it's roomy interior. The TJ's on Chavez feels much more compact and tends to be difficult to navigate. Also, this TJ's has always done a great job at keeping the shelves stocked and quick to pull out new seasonal items.
Great staff, they took the time to answer questions about the products like they truly wanted you to be happy with what you were looking for.
All the things we love about TJ's - friendly staff, happy vibe, great prices for quality groceries. This store was especially spacious, which made shopping even more pleasant. Conveniently located near multiple train and bus stops.
Very busy parking lot and max occupancy during peak times but plenty of shuffles of cars so the wait for a space isn't long. Helpful staff were responsive in assisting finding certain items and restocking a very low vegetable for a fresh pick. Otherwise, ple ty of space between aisles for traffic to keep moving. Plentiful variety on goods to choose from.
Did a bottle and can deposit return here today and was met with polite courteous staff. They run their system by asking you to count your own cans and bottles into specific bins according to size and type. When finished they have an employee run in and retrieve your cash. All in all it's a good system. I just wonder if they are trying to keep the homeless and poor from entering their store because they think they're dirty or less than there regular costumers want to be subjected to looking at. But then again maybe theyre just don't a great service with out other motives
