Had my hitch installed at Tualatin U-Haul and it was quick, easy and economical! No need to go anywhere else. Guys were friendly, responsive and fast! The Tualatin location is ideal, easy access and parking.
Installation was fine. But it took a few hours longer than I was told it would. I waited, walked to Starbucks to do some work, came back and was told that the car ahead of mine had some installation issues or something like that. Anyway, I wish I'd been told there would be a delay, as I would have rescheduled. I didn't have the extra time to wait, had to ask my parents to go pick up my son from summer school because of the delay. Better communication needed.
