Fabulous job trimming my long row of arborvitae and my ornamental plum tree. River and his team did a perfect job at a very reasonable price. I’ve been using Tree Masters for several years now and their rates always beat the competition.

Scheduling easy and efficient. Staff prompt, polite and skilled. Have had two different crews: one for pruning a very large magnolia and another for pruning a laurel hedge. Both crews were great. Already planning to have them return.

Tom and his crew did a fantastic job cutting and removing huge incense cedar limbs hanging over my roof. Since this was a sensitive job tree between properties they grouped
together to plan the work to remove 12-18 huge limbs. Tom actually climbed the tree and did the work. I am a happy camper! The limbs hanging over the roof are gone. Clean up was superb no trace of the work, debris that went into accomplishing this job. I have worked with Tom before and highly recommend him and his crew for other similar jobs.

Both men showed up on time and were very efficient and professional. Especially River he was amazing you should be proud to have him as a employee on your team. They cleaned up after taking the tree down. We will definitely use Tree Masters again.

Both crews were polite, efficient and were thoughtful and respectful about leaving the space clean as possible.

Do not hire Tree Masters for tree trimming type work. The crew they sent was very inexperienced about tree trimming and did not understand how to properly trim the many dogwoods that I hired them to trim. The worst example was two 20 year old dogwoods that I asked, and they documented on their bid sheet, to trim 30%. See attached; they just hacked the entire top of the trees off and ruined those beautiful dogwoods. The owner's response was - just let them grow back, was not apologetic at all. They did not know how to trim trees, so DO NOT hire them to trim any trees. They also told me during the estimate that they would climb to trim 2 large trees I wanted to trim. They just trimmed from the ground and did not climb to trim upper branches. I paid way too much for a botched job. They did not do what they said they were going to do, and did not offer a satisfactory remedy for my ruined dogwoods. I would never hire Tree Masters again!

Gemma was very responsive in scheduling. Nick, the estimator, was thorough and his crew did a good clean up job afterwards.

Tree Masters removed a tree that was touching my new house, they did a great job including clean up. They also removed a very large amount of smaller tree / brush debris that we had cleared. The team was professional, courteous, and fast.

Cherry blossom tree trim was professional and as discussed during the quote process. Trim was past do so it was a little bit of a shock but I know the tree will continue to thrive!

We used Tree Master in December to remove a large apple and pear tree, clean up a huge maple and tidy up a large plum tree. Also grind the stumps.

From the quote process, which was a full walking tour of the property to address my concerns. To the actual work being done - they did an absolute knock out job. Stephan ran the crew of 4 and got the job done in one day. Stephan also communicated with me all day during the cutting and made sure I was happy with the work being done.

I was nervous at first due to the size of the job, but once they got rigged up and cutting I knew everything was going to go great. And it did. I would recommend Tree Masters all day. Their quote/price was very reasonable for the large job at hand. And Meredith in the front office couldn't have been nicer to work with.

Can’t say enough good about the Tree Masters team, from estimators to trimmers to their permit team. They’re prompt, straightforward, communicative, and a great bridge when you need to work with the City (note that I haven’t even mentioned how they trim trees yet).

Well, they’re really good at that part too, operating with a deep understanding of what your tree needs, in addition to quickly setting up, cleaning up, and communicating during the job.

Would highly recommend Tree Master. Hired them for some smaller tree removal work. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The process of getting an estimate and on the schedule went quickly. As happens sometimes, there was a miscommunication about the work needed, but Gemma came out right away and took care of the issue. I would definitely call Tree Master again.
