Treestar, Woodburn OR

This was a really cool find I came in to the dispensary and got a instant friendly greeting and had good conversation about cannabis and cannabis products they had a good menu of flower cart and extracts with some decent offerings in pre-rolls I ended up buying some flower and have been happy with my selection in short if your in the area stop in they will have what you need with good service

The selection of fire was impressive. I love the display case. Much better than some places that blind their customers and have dirty cases where you cannot see anything through. The budtender was very helpful and provided great service. Dont skip on this place!

Nick is great! Always very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Makes it very easy to figure out what you’re looking for!

This place is awesome! Customer service is amazing, Scott is a very helpful bud tender, very friendly & knowledgeable, I will continue to go here because they have excellent staff! If you haven’t shopped there, you need to stop by and see there place, they will treat you well! The only problem with the customer service is that there is a lady with red hair that is not very customer friendly, i among other reviews have seem to be having the same issues with her, hopefully this can be addressed soon and taken care of! Everyone else is very friendly!

Friendly, helpful staff who don't clearly seem high themselves (helps with recommendations, which I'm frequently asking for).

A bit disappointing, takes a long time and variety is low every time I go. I just go to Silverton or Salem great prices and more.

First off I just want to say that I love this shop and only go here. The staff is usually very helpful and friendly. However, I would like to mention one particular employee. Idk her name but she has faded red hair and a little thin set. She is usually so rude to me and differential when it comes to other customers. Idk what I have done, I never cause a problem even when I am dissatisfied with certain products so idk what it is. She always seems kind of annoyed by me. Honestly I thought the stuff was supposed to make you chill
I hope managers can bring this up to her in order to better customer service. Thank you. Once again I love Treestar I just didn't want to keep feeling uncomfortable or trying to dodge her when I go in.

Edit 2023/06/15: Putting back down to 2 stars. The selection and prices are not great. They never have any CBD vape in stock. Flower is cheaper and better at the dispensaries in Salem.

Went in today not sure what to buy, was asking to smell the weed and the guy helping me (rigo) decided to show me attitude and refused to open more jars and proceeded to show his poor customer service skills. Wish they had better customer service!

While usually I’d say this place has great customer service, as of lately it’s been pretty terrible and it always comes from the same red headed girl there. Ive never been attended by any rude worker here until now. She does not conversate and constantly rolls her eyes. I don’t know if she hates her job or just has a bad aura but her customer service is terrible and rude. Y’all should consider re training or hiring other kind/patient people.
