Trek Bicycle Happy Valley

Stood at the counter and waited for service while being ignored by staff. Left after never being acknowledged.

Trevor exceeded expectations in answering all my questions/concerns, and was deeply knowledgeable of all things cycling. Respectful, calm, eloquent, patient. Outstanding individual who should be groomed and rewarded with a successful career, whatever he chooses. Plus, Trek is a great product.

Theron and the staff at trek happy valley were amazing to work with and unbelievably friendly. Worked with my wife to put her the bike she absolutely loved. And then walked me through their return policy for a marlin 7 I had bought a few week earlier, and had me traded out for a different bike in under 20 mins.

Can not beat the customer service at happy valley and other trek stores around the area.

I came in with my 3.5 year old to try and find the right sized bike for him, as he seemed to be in between sizes potentially. The salesperson was extremely patient and worked very well with my toddler to find the right bike and additional gear such as helmet and gloves. We all had a good time and are pleased with the quality of the equipment as well!

This shop has the hardest working maintenance team in the Portland area. All the other locations said 2 weeks for a routine tune up, this shop got it done within 24 hours.

Have been meaning to check this place out for a long time. An unexpected flat nearby made today the day. Wow, what super friendly, quick and helpful folks! This will be my new go-to bike shop. An unfortunate flat turned into a fortunate discovery

Terrific experience with Trek- I knew I wanted an ebike, did my homework, and started at the Beaverton Trek store where they asked me questions about what terrain I would be riding, height, etc, and pro/conned different types of ebikes based on needs. They were great, and I would highly recommend. Found what I wanted to try, which was at the Happy Valley location.
My experience at the Happy Valley Trek was top notch. Theron was incredibly helpful and thorough. Follow up after the purchase was great! Would recommend to anyone looking for a bike buying experience with a knowledgeable representative and staff. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Joe the bike mechanic is super nice and can have a wonderful conversation while fixing my bike. I will be back again to purchase a bike for my girls when they are old enough to have their 1st bike. This place has top service and friendly staff. Super clean shop!

I'm just getting back into cycling after years of other hobbies, and things have changed a lot. So had a lot of questions, and was feeling a little overwhelmed and out of my comfort zone when I stopped in to pick up the items I needed to get back in the game. Theron was AWESOME! He was polite, super knowledgeable about all the products we went over, had ideas for me going forward and was open to all my questions. It honestly was some of the best service I've ever had. I've been in sales for 25+ years, and have seen a lot of different types of service, and Theron stood out as exemplary in customer service, salesmanship and product knowledge. This experience rocked and I've already told friends to hit up your Trek store for your service and for what they need! Thanks again and I'll be back!

Awesome bike shop

I'm a novice rider (and an absolute Trek newbie) and it was so helpful to have the employees take the time and care to calmly walk me through the gear basics and help me check for proper helmet fit.

I felt heard and supported in every way. Highly recommend this place! Especially if you, too, like me, have anxiety

Always welcoming and very friendly. The knowledge and love of bikes is very apparent. Service provided is spectacular.

Staff was very friendly, did an excellent job on my bike, charged a fair and reasonable price with no special discounts. I was impressed and satisfied every step of the process.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful in updating and service on some vintage mountain bikes. Willing to not only explain options for repair but teach techniques on how to repair. Travis was a huge help in getting these bikes back on the road so I can get my daughter and her husband out riding bikes with my three grand kids.

Each time I’ve came to the BIKE GALLERY they have never been helpful. There friendly enough to pick your pocket but not knowledgeable to find the part you need.
