I saw Kathie Berry for a massage. She is strong. I get monthly massages and from my experience Kathie is a skilled therapist! She knows what she is doing and doesn’t do a routine massage. I highly recommend Kathie for massage therapy. Also, Tres Chic is a beautiful salon, space was clean and felt safe and relaxing. I would arrive 5-10 minutes before appointment to settle in.

Chelsea was great with my cut, color and highlight! She even matched my color great with a previous color line I was using!

Ashley and Meredith are my favorite glam squad! I’m very happy with today’s cut & color results.

Jessica was wonderful. I went in to this place on a whim needing a haircut before I went On a trip to Spain. I had yet to find someone in Oregon that could cut my hair the way previous stylists have. After meeting Jessica for a moment at the counter I decided to book an appt with her for the following day. I was nervous when I came in and let her know because my hair is really my defining feature. She was patient and kind. I showed her two previous photos of me when my hair was cut the way I like it and she immediately said she could cut my hair. After a phenomenal shampooing that actually helped rid me of a mild headache, she got to work. She was knowledgeable about hair types and products and enjoyable to chat with. The end result, I LOVE my haircut! I have found a new stylist in Oregon!

I am glad I’ve discovered this hair salon, especially Ashley! She did an amazing job, i love the results. She is super professional, knowledgeable and i can finally say i found someone that is really great for my hair. She’s great with color, blow drying and she’s super fast too. Receptionist has to be one of the rudest person I have ever interacted with. Heaven forbid I forgot to put my appointment in my phone and needed to find out when the appointment is scheduled.
"We will call you the day before your appointment, " she says, snarky and annoyed as ever.
That is lovely, except I would sure like to know now. It would be helpful in planning my life. So sorry that I exist. Geesh.

My wife, and I, have patronized a Hair Stylist named Reasey Hem for many years. He comes to us from Cambodia and was recommended to us by one of my wife's co workers. He is very nice and professional. We like him very much. The facility is always very clean and appears to be well run. We would rate Reasey, and this facility, "entirely satisfactory".

I am just going to share my experience with particularly the hair stylist Amber Atkinson. Firstly, I live farther away from Trio but came there because I have been to Amber a couple of times for simple things and it went fine, but this time I asked for specifically chunky highlights, but not too contrasting. I showed her plenty of pictures, explained everything and talked with her beforehand so there was no confusion, I even said I didn't want to go too light. At the first appointment, even though I had made an appointment, she said she didn't have enough time to do this, so I rescheduled the appointment. I also confirmed that the price for this was going to be 150-180$. It was a bit frustrating to have made the appointment and leave without nothing done, especially since I drove nearly 2 hours, but I wanted to give her enough time to do my hair because I wanted it to turn out good. I came back two weeks later, I am not even joking you I came out of the appointment looking like Draco Malfoy. The front of my hair was so light it could probably be used as a flashlight. I was so upset, especially because I explained exactly what I wanted in a excruciating detail. When I told her this, she said no problem, we can tone it right now. Literally looked the same after she toned it, and then she proceeded to charge me up to $200 for the hair because she charged me extra for the toner even though I confirmed several times what the price would be, and it was her mistake because I explained very well I never wanted it to be that light. I paid for it, because I am shy and I don't like to cause much of a commotion, I even tipped her, and she texted me and said she could fix it, but I would honestly rather be bald than to have my hair touched by her ever again. So yeah, the place itself is nice, but if you're booking Amber for something specific you really want to be done right, she will 100% not listen to whatever is coming out of your mouth.
