Updated: I cannot recommend this place, it hasn’t even been a full 7 days and so far I’ve had 6 nails lift and pop off. I’ve been getting hard gel nails for 4 years now and they’ve always lasted at *minimum* 2.5 weeks. Typically they’ve lasted 3.5-4 weeks tho… original rating was 3/5 stars- At first I really loved the vibe Rachel (I believe that was her name) was so kind and welcoming I *loved* her energy. I booked for a full hard gel set (I did have some lifting from a prior tech and it was almost 5 weeks since my last set a total of 5 nails was off) she asked me what we were doing I said a new set. She then proceeded to tell me how my nails were “too long” and techs needed “special training” to do them the desired length (which makes no sense to me I have seen several techs over the years and nobody gave me any trouble about it… until today) after going back and forth I asked another opinion and the other gal came and looked and said they can glue tips on and do the hard gel over (which is what I originally asked for) the other gal measured the tips to show me the length and it was prefect… Rachel then started to fill my 3 nails that were still attached from my last tech, she filed them down super short it super wasn’t necessary! Especially when I told her I wanted them long. What she should have done was glue the tips of the new set on my nails to compare the length and leave them as long as possible per my request. The whole time I felt uncomfortable, unwelcome, out of place, just overall very uncomfortable. I paid full price (which is fine) but there was very little effort to keep them long like I requested. She mockingly would make comments about how they look so long right now (even tho I told her I (the paying customer) feel like they’re short now. And not to mention uneven… I did have to ask her o go back and make them even my thumbs were drastically uneven same with some other fingers.which.if I may add are still super uneven.) I just feel like if she would have kept her positive vibe that he had when I walked in the door, and didn’t get so in her feelings and judgy when I wanted them long (when I say long I mean just as long as they had the tips that they glued on, wasn’t asking for an extension or anything longer than what they had) it would have been such a better experience. But instead I was wanting to cry the whole time and having panic attacks… I definitely do want to go back but just hopefully a different tech next time.

So far I have had a facial with Josie and a Swedish Massage with Bryon, and both services were incredible. They both took time to understand my individual needs and delivered personalized services—I never felt like I was just another body on the table. This day spa is clean, quiet, and calming. I love having the option to book online, and I’m looking forward to booking another mini pampering day soon.

Kristi is amazing! She worked with my 3 yr old and has also cut my hair in the past, she talked me out of going short and I'm so happy she did! I love my hair!

So relaxing! Great pedicure! The music was soothing and no strong nail salon smells! No cell phones was such a treat! I will be back soon!

Employees were very helpful and friendly. Natalie was the stylist who helped me. Very kind, respectful, and down to earth. I felt comfortable with her right away and she reassured my curly hair insecurity side without hesitation. If you have curly hair I 100% recommend Natalie!

They were friendly and really felt like a nice day spa with many services offered. For me it was face waxing services. Very friendly and knowledgeable however she kept using a wax that wasn’t working to rip all my hair out so she had to repeat on certain areas. Should have just started with the good hot wax with strips instead of trying the hardening wax. Satisfied though with end results for my daughter and I both!

I LOVE Kristi and Rachel. I will drive an hour just for them to do mine or anyone I knows hair and nails. They are so sweet and kind. Rachel is great with my very talkative 7 year old. She is so professional and sweet. She does an AMAZING job. Kristi has always done great with mine and my families hair. My 4 year old is very shy with people but Kristi has always done amazing! She is so patient, kind, and understanding. She is so personable and sweet. I hate when I have to take my kids anywhere else to get their hair done. I will not get my nails done anywhere else or with anyone else other than Rachel.

I wanted to write this review because I usually depend on reviews when I choose any place of service and especially hair salons because I don’t want to ruin my hair (unfortunately I just did with this place). I chose one of the people in here and her name is Mia to highlight my hair for the first time. I texted her and sent her pic of my hair color and the highlight color that I want, she was very sure that she will get me the right color. I was surprised when she washed my hair, there was a big spot of orange color on the front of my hair and it had no connection with highlight or lowlights or any thing else, the rest of my hair with the old highlight was bleached more and almost damaged, she tried to fix with toning the hair, and the result was worst. I ended up having many colors in my hair and most brassy, I don't know what kind of experience she have? Especially she identify her self with (blonde specialist), When I returned back home I found out that she damaged my shirt with blonder too, I know that was a long review but I hope It will help you to choose the right hair stylist for your next visit!

I got a hair cut and the lady curled my hair before I could see it (I wear glasses, so I can't see while cutting), when I washed my hair later, it was horrible looking! My hair was longer in the back then in the front and it was about an inch or so shorter than I asked for.

Went in a week later to get it fixed by the salon manager and dyed a dark blue/black, my hair hair is even now, but it is BLACK. I was sent home with "homework" (blue hair dye) to try and fix it myself, but it didn't work. And they "can't do anything until the black fades" so now I am stuck with ugly black hair

Had a wonderful mani/pedi with Rachael today. Best foot massage I think I have ever had. I will be back!

Absolutely love the ladies at Tresor. I get the greatest care and service here. 5 star treatment, across the board!

Scheduled a full body massage with Alicia and it wasn’t as expected. The whole hour of the appointment, Alicia could not stop talking. You would expect a full body massage would be relaxing and silent, instead it was an hour worth of a headache and non-relaxing experience for my mother. Not pleased with the service.
