Past experience with a chiropractor caused me to by pass appointments until I meet young, very kind, courteous, polite and concerned Dr. Kain (cane). I’m going back for more adjustments. He was a great fella to find.

So impressed with the treatment I received here by Dr. Kane. Love that you can be a walk in patient when you hurting. Would highly recommend.

Had a great massage by Mark and he was excellent and I would highly recommend him. As well as I had a chiropractic treatment following by Kain. Really nice staff and office.

Was hurting pretty bad. Made an appointment. They got me right in and fixed me right up. I really couldn't ask for anything more. Everyone there is really helpful and very nice.

It’s nice to know they’re there when you need them! They have such a warm and caring environment in the office!

I had gone there originally for a sports physical for my child and the knowledge and helpful tips they gave during that vist made us think of them as soon as there was a sports injury I my self it's been decades since I seen a doctor for anything I have broken bones and have torn stuff but didn't go to a doctor but I will go there for the helpful and informative vist I know it's just a chiropractic place but the atmosphere and how they treat you and how they helped my child I can't say enough totally cool place my kids actually want to go in when I go for the first time because I don't seek help put dirt on it go back to work mentality but I will post again after my visit you don't feel or i didn't feel the push you through program your just a number vibe

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Very clean and neat facility. Anytime my spine gets out of align, I stop on by and never wait long for the adjustment. I'm in and out quick and on my way with a better quality of life.

I've been a few times over the years, Husband went recently. In comparison to other Chiropractors I've seen, this one is the bottom of the list. Typically a chiropractor will come, in chat with you and then feel your spine to see what might be out or need special attention. The first time I went to this office the chiropractor came in and talked to me for a couple minutes and then immediately had me lay down and started adjusting me without even checking my spine. I had almost zero relief after this visit and felt that I had wasted my money and time. After that visit, the only times I ever went there were emergency situations where I could barely move and couldn't get in to see my normal chiropractor. My husband had a slightly different experience he was fairly happy with this chiropractor for a couple visits and then the last couple he's went to he didn't get any relief and said it was basically as I had described it so now he refuses to go there as well.

I've been going since last year. Excellent Doctors, easy walk in appointments, nice staff and I always feel better afterwards. Very happy with this place.

I went to tricity chiropractic today because my neck gets out of alignment and then I get migraines. I have AS so some chiropractors are a bit timid to treat me. I came in with pressure in my head and a migraine forming. After a couple minutes the pressure was gone and I spent to day migraine free! First day in a long time.thank you!

Great massage but then the receptionist refused chiropractic service. I was in great pain, and had a wonderful massage to loosen up for the adjustment. Both massage and adjustment were paid for with debit card for my birthday, and the receipt was in my pocket when in passing I mentioned I had OHP insurance that I wasn’t using and haven’t used it there for the last 5 years I’ve been going there. So then she immediately outright refused my chiropractic adjustment and canceled my appointment and said she would refund my $ or apply it to a future massage and that I needed a referral from PCP, quick and easy these days lol, and that I can’t pay out of pocket but that I had to use the insurance. It was her call, not like she typed anything into the computer, so instead of allowing me relief from my pain and have the adjustment I paid for, like I have for years, and then just informing me that from now on I will need a referral. That would have been no problem and how any businesses should behave, but that woman seemed to delight in refusing me service and she didn’t seem to care one bit about the doctor who was standing there, puzzled, waiting and ready to take me back for my adjustment, or my pain or even the fact that I had already paid. I’ve been going there for years and paying cash no problem. Insurance never was an issue. I was paid up and I honestly can’t believe that person embarrassed me like that and treated me in this way. This is the last time I will ever go to this place while that person is behind the counter. I am currently looking for my new chiropractor and massage place. One who cares about people not the insurance company they can bill! The doctors were fantastic and the masseuses were great, but their receptionist was heartless, and people deserve to know what she did! The owners keep reaching out to “make things right” which made me up my rating to 3 stars, but I would never set foot in that place again while she is still employed there.
Update: Found a great chiropractor and they didn’t care about insurance. Super nice receptionist too. Ha! Now I’m just looking for a good masseuse.

The staff are amazing kind and smile. I walked in without an appointment and they got me in within 10 minutes. It’s a beautiful remodeled office. I was not rushed during my appointment, And I feel great now. Thank you!

Best chiropractors I've ever been to. Excellent adjustments and level of care. Warm, caring office staff as well. Very impressed. And no appointments needed. I love that!
