Triple A RV Center is my first choice for all my RV needs. Their staff, from the top to bottom, have always been curteous and helpful. Bought 2 travel trailers over the years, would go there again if we ever got another one. Our '07 Springdale we bought new has worked well for years, and the parts department is friendly and efficient.

Aaa Rv Medford is the best in the parts department and service department. I have had nothing but great experiences here. They’ve helped me twice now get out of a jam and the Parts lady is an absolute wonderful to work with thank you very much.

Shantiel, a representative for Triple A RV Center took the time and effort to find a part I was looking for. And although she did not sell the part, she researched it for me and found some answers.
It is difficult if not impossible to find that kind of customer service now days. I am so impressed that I will be buying parts from her whenever I can from now on!

The reason I like going to triple a rv is they are so friendly there they made me feel at home, jeff is the best he remembered me a year an half later when I decided to get a bigger rv, he sold me my first one, he took the time to show me a bunch of different models until I decided on the one that fit me best, didnt try to just sell me whatever he thought I needed, it's great to walk into a place an have everyone recognize you, allison, tammy an Teresa are just the best, it's always a pleasure to see them, I always go to where I'm treated good, I will continue to go there when I need anything for my trailer, thanks to everyone there SEAN H.

Tammy the owner is great. The follow up from a customer service standpoint needs a little improvement, but I was able to work with Tammy and she took care of everything immediately. They have great pricing as well

Purchased brand new TT from La Mesa RV Phoenix AZ (don’t go there) on 7/3/19–vacationing to Oregon when brakes on trailer didn’t seem right-called Triple AAA on the road-they checked schedule and got us in the next day—arrived at 1: 00 pm and out the door by 2: 30. Brakes were loose and never checked at La Mesa! Highly recommend this place-best service ever in our 24 years of camping!

We went in to see Erick about one of the 43' Holiday Rambler Endeavor diesel coaches they have on consignment. He very pleasant to work with and no high pressure sales talk. We will go back and continue to work with him. I would recommend Tribble A RV Center.

I came in with an emergency — a propane leak. Jason got me in at 8am the next morning. Fixed and on the road by 11: 30am. Excellent service, and a wonderful job getting me taken care of on zero notice. Many thanks!

The most amazing deal here for a really nice unit! The process was so easy even though we rushed everyone working there for the purchase. Had all of our questions answered and still being answered and helped by their team for all the things we need and didnt know. Everyone we worked with was great and made this our best purchasing experience!

We had to special order a part for our furnace. The part had changed, as they do with each new years model, but they spent time researching it and making sure it would work in our furnace.

Purchased a trailer in 2017 and was treated very well upon sale of the vehicle to current date. Some parts are a bit spendy compared to others in the area, but you will always find what you need.or they'll order it for you.

My primary contact was Corey, in the service department and his boss, the service manager. Corey is very good at his job and I was very well taken care of. I felt he had my best interest at heart and listened carefully in order to give me what I was asking for. I would go back to AAA RV Medford for my future service needs.
