If you want no-nonsense, reliable customer service, call the Cord Lord. We wanted good kiln dried fir, and that's exactly what we got. Wood takes right off, steady burn, gives off great heat. Dependable delivery. We bought four cords, and he got it here, no problem, and on time. We would buy from him again.

I called in mid November to get half a cord of wood. I got exactly what I paid for, the price was reasonable to me, it was delivered to my house within 2 weeks, which was the quoted time. I was okay with the time frame because it was my fault for waiting until the busy season to buy and not getting the wood earlier.

Highly recommended. I get the hard/soft firewood mix every season. Nicely dried & cut. Starts easy and burns hot. Generous cords delivered at a fair price. The wood is all reclaimed from the fire areas too. There’s maybe 5% kindling and the rest is mixed sizes perfect for wood burning stoves. Honest company! The only place I get my wood from.

This was an amazing experience dealing with Trevor the “Cord Lord”. What a nice guy and so helpful with our firewood selection! He went out of his way to make sure our needs were met.

Apparently he has heard “enough of your shit”. I haven’t ever called this person before and was legitimately looking for firewood. Maybe they are out of business?

Wow. Just, wow. We had ordered from Trevor last year, and so I called him again this year to setup a delivery again. He was abrupt and rude, and then told me to text him the particulars if I wanted wood. Ok. No problem. I thought.

Apparently if you don't do what he wants at the exact moment he wants it, he reverts to childish temper tantrums and name calling. Not sure what a " firewood covid and entitled troll" is, but I know there are many other reputable companies out there to spend my money with.

Really unprofessional, and honestly, unstable. Happy to take my business elsewhere.

I texted him inquiring about firewood delivery. He said it was out of his free delivery range. I asked for a quote for delivery. It was more than I wanted to spend, and I told him the next day I was going to continue looking for someone closer. His response: "ok we'll put you on the never deliver list and be blocked. " Very unprofessional behavior when I was simply asking for a quote.

Worst customer service ever. Guy says delivery between 2pm and 5pm. Calls me at 3pm. Says he's on his way to his first drop off but there's a problem. Got fir and maple for my drop off. I wanted maple and alder and specifically didn't want fir. I'm being friendly and expecting a reschedule at this point and would have gladly accepted another day, but he straight up tells me I can take what he got or get it from someone else. Okay then? I'll get what I asked for from someone else.

Terrible customer service. I have honestly never had a worse experience with someone who runs a business. I would not recommend this business. If you want to be treated horribly then by all means, do business with him.

Got a cord of oak and half cord of fir a different day. Ive bought wood from various people over the years but will definitely buy from them again next year. Wood was perfectly cut and dry and biggest pile Ive ever gotten. Trevor is fun as well and brought a smile with his fun attire. Thought it might have just been a Friday thing last time but he was dressed similar midweek as well

2nd year customer. 4 cords of 2 year seasoned quality wood delivered with no hassles and no BS. Reading some reviews it seems there are some tire kickin' wood buyers in an industry full of scam buyers. Trevor is straight to the point on price and over communicates on delivery when you commit to that price and delivery. When Trevor says his wood is 2 year seasoned wood, that's what you are getting. Asking him for moisture content is for folks that buy their wood at Safeway. 100% recommend this company.
