Chris and the Staff here consistently went above and beyond to help me out during a chimney/hearth/stove replacement during a remodel. They helped me find the right stove for my needs, then hardware and guidance during my DIY install of everything. Extremely happy with the end result and with everyone here for their expertise, helpful and friendly service.

2017 December - When our MAAX (two person) hot tub starting experiencing some heating issues, the True Gorge Stove & Spas staff were right on the matter. They contacted the manufacture and replaced the necessary parts in a timely and professional manner. Thank you.

2017 June - We absolutely appreciate the excellent service and great products we bought and had delivered, installed, and served by the staff of True Gorge Stoves & Spas. We purchased a Peninsula Stove when we build our home in 2015; and now have purchased a 2-person Hot Tub by MAAX. I have been trying to reach this place since March in order to get a Wood Stove delivered and installed. I filled out the website contact twice, emailed once, and then called. I got no response from ANY of these. I later decided to go in and talk to them in person and got a card and found a Wood Stove I wanted. I reached out to Tiffany's email 06/08/21 and got a response the next day. I sent the information asked for and did not hear back from the Owner on any timeframe or pricing. I emailed Tiffany back 06/17/21 and got another response the same day saying it was on the Owner's plate. The third attempt to contact them was on April 8th via email to the Service email address that I never heard back on.

Response: To get a response that tells me "They Tried" when there is an email thread that is open and easy to reach out with is Sad Customer Service. I have no Calls for the stated date, nor did I receive an email for the other stated date (Checked spam as well). To add, I reached back out AFTER the date that is being said I was reached out to? Why was I not told in the response I received? I verified the information I gave was correct and must have been put in their system incorrectly. Reached out to the given email address and was offered a business transaction while also giving me "the benefit of doubt". Only apology was for my "inconvenience" and seemed to doubt my attempts to reach out to them for business. Will be taking his advice and purchasing from another dealer.

We had True Gorge quote and install a mini-split system for our home. Marco was incredibly knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. He left the place spotless. Can’t recommend them enough.

Chris and the entire True Gorge team did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to work with. We had a complicated mini split install at our 1912 house with four indoor units due to our unique room configuration. They made multiple extra visits to ensure the location of each unit met our aesthetic criteria. From Chris’s initial visit to discuss the project and measure it out for a bid, through scheduling and installation, this team was professional, kind, and very skilled in their work. We would absolutely use True Gorge again and highly recommend them!

Chris and his crew were conscientious, detailed and easy to work with (and covid safe). A glitch came up because of our particular house setup. Chris managed it quickly and professionally. We love our wood stove and highly recommend Chris and True Gorge for wood stove services!
