They have been instrumental in helping eliminate weeds and moss and over seeding to fill in blanks left from moss and weeds being killed. They were able to achieve what I was unable to achieve on my own.

Well, I’m not happy with their weed control. In fact, the last time they came out the tech said he wasn’t trained on weed control and couldn’t help me.

Pet issues. I’d asked for early morning. Your service people were understanding and very kind. They get ten stars…, maybe 15….

I entered my information online and immediately was called by a spam call center. She was rude and questioned why I would want a property visit before I comitted to a treatment plan.

Don't ever, ever, ever, so much as call True Green and ask about services. You will be hounded with phone calls from numerous sales people about getting signed up to an agreement. I am only giving this one star so it will post.

I have a great experience at their place the people who work there is very nice and willing to help anyone else with respect.

We used true green lawn care for about 8 months. It was truly a disappointment. Each time they came out they were here about 5 to 10 minutes. Sprayed our yard and left feedback on why our yard wasn't thriving. Even blamed it on dog urine and theres not a dog that lives near us or is ever in our yard. We spent somewhere around $1000 to have the worst looking yard in the neighborhood. I wanted to leave their little true green flag out to warn people not to use this service. After this experience we tore out all our patchy, brown grass and put down rocks. They will promise you the moon and do nothing but rip you off

I verbally signed up for help with my sick bushes. They offered good “deals”—very sales oriented—but you do get what you pay for. I decided to cancel ahead of my first service, because I was concerned about the problems with communication (e.g, you can’t call the local office, etc.). They still came out and sprayed my bushes with a fungicide and insecticide. The bushes started drooping. I was charged. I called, and they claim they will back the charge out of my visa. I will never consider this company for any gardening needs again. Stay away, folks!

TruGreen has serviced my yard for many years. They fertilize and use weed killer on my lawn. They leave tips on what I do to improve my lawn. The workers are careful to close the gate. They are available to answer questions. They help my yard to look it's best. Thank you!

This company kept showing up and spraying their poison despite me telling them 3 times to stop coming to our house. The previous owners of our home had this service, and in spite of the fact that I told them they were not welcome, they still allowed employees to come on our property and there was “nothing they could do. ” Horrible company.

With Trugreen, I no longer have to buy, store, and schedule applications of fertilizer and etc.for my lawn. And, my lawn looks better than ever!
