I’m able to make my service appointments online. Check in is fast and courteous, and they’re able to give me a ride to work.

Work took longer than told by a day or two. Biggest issue was someone went through the center console & took some change. Not much but a couple bucks worth. Notified them, “we’ll check cameras and get back to you”. Haven’t heard anything weeks later. Rating as high for work was completed with satisfaction. Rating as low because of issues.

Jamal did an absolutely amazing job of helping me find the vehicle I wanted even if I decided it was not a Ford. I really appreciate them having a good selection of new and used cars to figure out what I wanted. Definitely recommend stopping by to see Jamal if you are looking for a new vehicle.
Update: Jamal is no longer at the company so I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from them. Jamal was the best thing about the company.

I get my vehicle serviced with the team at TS&S in Madras, they awesome, always polite, friendly and efficient.

They were honest and worked with me to get the exact vehicle I wanted. Even though I was frustrated with the lead time on Fords production schedule the folks at TSS were understanding and made sure I got my truck.

Overall good experience. Needed an oil change, got me in quickly, finished in timely manner. The guy at the service desk was great! The only fault is they rotated my tires when I didn’t want rotated, I had just had done a few weeks earlier, they offered to rotate back but I had to get to work. Still happy with the service though!

We have purchased 2 pickups here and have had excellent experiences both times. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The paperwork went smooth and we were in and out of there with exactly what we were looking for.

We saw an ad in the Auto Trader about an incredible 2018 Ford F150 at a good price. We couldn't believe the offer. We were skeptics but we detoured from Portland to Madras on a Sunday and the truck was everything the ad claimed. We were home in Mt. Shasta, California by that evening with our beautiful "new" truck. Jamal was a "no pressure " salesman and John, the manager, was able to move things right along. My respect to this able crew, a professional outfit. Why do they have to be so far off the beaten path?

My family had a great experience with TS&S. They stayed after hours to let us look over the car and test drive it. The salesman were great, no pressure on buying and answered all our questions. I’ve bought 2 vehicles from them and will continue to only due business with them. A+ dealership!

Took the F150 we bought new from TS&S back in 2016. This service was for an engine rattle on cold start. The tech couldn't find the cause of the rattle but did find a manifold bolt missing, which could be contributing to the cold engine startup noise. At this stage we feel the service department is trying their best to solve our issue. I plan on having them fix the manifold issue soon and will provide more thorough feedback after that repair regarding how the repair is done. Stay tuned!
