Charles at TV Specialty Shop saved the day! Tv Specialty Shop was assigned to repair my brand new LG TV that broke after a week of use through LG Warranty. After a month of LG giving me the run around, they informed me it would be ANOTHER month before the parts would be delivered to the technician, Charles took the time to help me find a quicker alternative solution with LG. If it weren’t for Charles, I would be waiting at least another month for a working TV. Thank you!

Tim was absolutely fantastic and got our TV fixed right up! It was still under warranty and he took care of all the paperwork and made it super easy.

He was also extremely respectful of our preferences and happily wore a mask when I requested it. He knew exactly what he was doing (he mentioned having been in the industry for over 20 years) and fixed the issue perfectly.

I highly recommend this place! It’s never fun having something break, but Tim was a delight and made the repair process so much better than it could have been. I’d give him ten stars if I could!
