7I live here and for the most part really like the park and tenants. Changed ownership in January. Management and access to ammenities is nearly non-existent now. Raised rent without proper legal notification. No more garage sales, access to club house closed, no one to address issues to. Have been without potable water for more then a week. If I were looking to move here now would definitely not move in. No one here has any information on how to contact owners.
Management is always in your business. So many rules you can't be happy living there. Stay away!
This park is a mambo jumbilyía mess wheñ youre trying to find a space number! They go criss-cross, bounce to the opposite side and way out of sequence. It seriously needs revamped.
They are in the process of cutting down all the beautiful cedar trees on the property. What a crying shame.
I come down here for the community garage sales almost weekly. Always a quiet place with friendly folks.
This is a 55 and older community very lovely people very nice lovely landlords and management is very good
