All went well.their mileage charge is excessive though. 79cents per mile? That's alot. Truck couldve used a cd player or at least bluetooth also. But it drives well. The passenger seat was very uncomfortable for me but I have back issues so most car seats are painful. Anyhow.they are easy to book and drop off!

This was the best uhaul experience I ever had. They stayed past their lunch to wait for me. I brought the wrong size tow hitch they gave me a loner free of charge and an adapter for my lights pick up and return where hassle free! Would recommend
