2 I have problems with the web site so it was much more convenient to just go in. Everyone was very friendly and took care of my reservations quickly. Later on I found out I needed to extend my rental for a few more hours and when I called the lady that helped me was extremely helpful and friendly.
When I did return my van the two young gentlemen that assisted me were very friendly and fun. One of them helped explain some of the new features I hadn't noticed before on the van and we laughed about how much cars had changed. It was a great experience and I will certainly go back again. I highly recommend this company and this location.
Absolute shambles!
Reserved our 20-foot truck and car trailer for our time critical move. Went to pick up both the truck and trailer, and there was no trailer.
We were told that the other party had not returned it. Called back at noon to see if it had been returned and were then told a new story. “The truck had broken down. ” Called back at 3.pm and were now told” No break down but the trailer rental had been extended until Tuesday. ” Well, thanks for letting us know and now we are trying to get to another location to pick up a trailer while packing our truck.
Not only was the lady I spoke with very argumentative, spoke over me constantly with me, but she was not at all willing to take ownership of the issue. Will never do business with U-Haul again - be honest and customer-focused please.
