Restoring a truck and needed to tow it to the dmv to get a vin inspection in Hood River (hour away). My appointment was at 4: 15pm. I rushed as fast as I could… I failed and I returned the trailer 40 mins after closing. I really should have been charged a late fee. Tammy was completely compassionate, and understanding. She helped me unload the trailer in the dark and charge me No late fee. 10/10. Thanks Tammy.
