I had a great experience when I needed to fix my phone. Alejandro did awesome job when fixing my phone. Was on time and did perfect job!

I took my new S21 into Alejandro & got the best service I've had from a phone store in a long time. He listened to my problem & then spent time diagnosing it. Awesome customer service & I will not hesitate to return if I have problems.

I am not tech savvy at all and I brought in a tablet that had a broken screen. Instead of trying to upsell me or feed me a line they were professional and honest and told me to get a new tablet. Well I literally leave their store on Hall Blvd, get home and as I'm walking in the door I drop my new Samsung phone and break the screen. I called them, went right back and I'll have my phone back shortly. It's really nice, after all this i know I can trust these guys. They have a new loyal client because they have integrity.

I was left disappointed after my recent experience at this store. I spoke with a rep on the phone, was told they had the parts to fix my phones screen in stock, and that it would be a one to two hour job to get it fixed. I dropped my phone off, confirmed the time frame, and went back to work. I waited three hours, went back in, and was told that the repair was done, but the Samsung software checks were running really slow, and that it would be ready in another 45 min. This was frustrating, but such is life, its not worth being upset with someone about.

I left, waited two more hours, and went back in, got the same spiel and was told it was almost done and was almost ready, and would be out momentarily. I told the person I believed was the manager that I had not had a good experience. That while I understood what had happened, asked if they had considered getting a secondary phone number or email from the customers dropping off their phones, and could notify customers when they are running behind. His response was that "They couldn't do that because it wasn't worth calling to let customers know because if the software isn't done ten minutes before hand, it might be done by the time it was supposed to be picked up. "

He then kind of apologized, without taking any responsibility for what had happened, and showing no real empathy in his tone or body language. I would rather receive a phone or email notification that they "might" be running behind, and it "might" not be done on time, than to show up and be told it would be a longer wait. I asked for a discount, even twenty bucks off would have been slightly mollifying, because this was a huge waste of time. I was told the price was what it was. I would never return to this shop, and recommend that others avoid this store, if not this chain completely.

DO NOT GO HERE! This company and location are a complete sham! We were needing an iPhone power button fixed. They didn't have the parts in stock and said they needed to order them and it would take 2-3 days for them to arrive. Which we were ok with. We asked for paperwork for the check-in and they said we would get an email. With covid we didn't think that much of it. After 5 days we called to check on the status of the phone. At first they couldn't find our order. It took the employee 10 minutes to locate our order and when he located the order he wasn't sure of the status and said that we would get a call back in 45 minutes. After waiting 3 hours we called back with no answer and left a message. We called 2 more times with no answer and were stuck waiting and concerned till the next morning to go to the location for answers.

The next morning we recieved no call and had to go down to the location to get an update. When we walked in a man dressed very unprofessional asked us what he could do for us. He looked extremely high and acted like we were bothering him. My husband asked to speak to the manager. The guy kept asking what the issue was and not getting the manager. When the manager could hear what was going on right behind the wall. Finally he went behind the wall and asked the manager to assist. We then heard the manager mention that he just ordered the parts yesterday. The manager showed no concern and could care less. We asked why we didn't get a call back or any response to our concerns and he said "I'm busy". To busy to take care of a customer is a lousy excuse. We requested the phone back and we left. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! We will never go here again!

I have broken many screens and each time they’ve come through. Quick, efficient and helpful staff. I’ll go nowhere else for my phone repairs.

I have a GS10 that I was hoping they could fix. From the first contact with them they were upfront about everything. Dropped my phone off on a Saturday afternoon, and within a couple hours got a callback, stating that my phone was unfixable. Bummer for me, but I was pleasantly surprised when there was no charge! I would definitely recommend these guys if you are in need.

Never again. Won't stand behind warranty. Clearly the response from the owner is an attempt to shift the blame to the customer. Good luck bud, no way to treat customers.

Had a phone repaired by them, and realized they left dirt inside the front facing camera. The teenager on the phone tried to convince me it was my fault. Sorry. Don't think so. My phone stays in a case and on top of that isn't the screen sealed? Why yes it is. The only way it could of happened is when they took it apart. Shoddy work, shoddy service. Never again. Should of read the reviews before I went.

I took my iPhone 6 in because power cords didn't want to charge it. Leighann cleaned out the charging port for free, and it worked great! Thank you!

I had put my iphone in a bag of rice after a "water incident. " While the phone made a comeback, I could not get the charger in the slot.apparently a rice particle had found its way in the small opening and would not let me insert the charger. I headed over to U Break It; We Fix it and who was behind the counter? Grey! Or as I like to refer to him, Magic Man. Within 90 seconds, he had extracted the pesky particle and swiftly attached the charger. He was fast, polite and wouldn't take a payment. Grey rocks!

After calling so many places and being told it would cost 400+ and take 3-5 days to fix my broken screen (Samsung S10), I called uBreakiFix and Grey answered the call told me could squeeze me in as a walk in and get it down before the end of the day for half the price. The whole staff was professional and had ample knowledge on repairs and phones. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Thank you Grey! Absolute legend

Grey is awesome! I took my Samsung Tablet in because it wasn’t booting right. I thought it would take a long time to run diagnostics and cost me a pretty penny. He worked with it right then and showed me it was just the charger, didn’t cost me anything. Thanks for being amazing, I will definitely return again.

Not flexible with drop in's. Only 2 stores in Portland area that are convered by providers insurance and I happened to be near this location today. Said they had the parts in stock but no appointments sooner than rush hour traffic times when I already live an hour away. Sometimes it benefits to make an exception for clients so they don't have to wait around half the day. If they are this busy they should consider hiring more technicians.

Ian and the other team members went above and beyond to fix my phone, even helping when another store (where I was trying to get a screen protector) was uncooperative. In other words, they basically provided great customer service for themselves as well as stepping up and making right what the other store should have. And the fixes seem well done too. Thanks!

I dropped of my iPad with a cracked screen to see if it could be fixed, they didn't call the next day like they said they would and when I went in the day after they handed me my iPad back in pieces! You're better off watching a YouTube vid and learning how to fix it on your own.

Sure they were great on communication and insurance. But they made my phone more unusable than when I brought it in, just to tell me wait a few days your insurance will pay. Well thanks I now have a phone that works less than when I brought it in. Now i'm out 3 days without a work phone. Thanks. At least be honest with me.
