Was told from Samsung they do official repairs and replacements through warranty.
Was immediately brushed off and told "No one would fix or replace my Samsung product in Oregon". Different locations were happy to at least request an order but this location didn't even try to me assist me like I was bothering them for asking.

Don't waste your time going through these 3rd party company's.

I filed a claim for a new battery through the Asurion service which was very easy. Today I dropped my phone off at the Sherwood, OR U Break I Fix store and was told it was be a 2 hour job. When I went back to get my phone everything seemed like it went as planned, until I got home and noticed that my phone had a notification for and screen replacement. I opened up the notification and it stated that the screen was replaced with a non apple part. Not only that but the screen was obviously different with no screen protector which mine had when I dropped it off. Very confused I called the store and I was told that they damaged the screen during the repair and replaced it with a lesser quality screen. It wasn’t until I pressed the associate that I was told they would order a new Apple screen and they would call me when they have some in stock. It is extremely frustrating to me that I would not be informed of the incident as if they were trying my to sweep it under the rug. I am hopeful that the screen will be replaced with an original apple product at no extra charge, but as of now I am extremely disappointed with the service.

Very pleasant man taking care of us. By himself in the store, but he seemed to be able to handle our repair and other customers coming in. He was quite informative, also.

Had a warranty repair completed in under an hour while on vacation. That's a pretty good experience

The guys at this establishment were so awsome! They new I had a long drive and they did everything I needed and more to get my issues fixed so i could get back on the road! I cannot give these guys big enough props!

The people were so unprofessional. I took my phone to be fixed. They said 3 hours to fix my phone. They never fixed it! Try a different store and don't buy samsung phones

I needed help installing a screen protector on my phone, and the guy working there was super nice and friendly about it. He didn't charge me for it and he was quick. I really appreciate this place!

Terrible experience don't bring your phone here. I went in for a screen protector replacement and ended up with more dings in my phone than when I started. The staff was very condescending when I brought this up and took no responsibility.

Home plus is the cats meow. They can cover every piece of electronics in the home and I can still afford to buy salmon.

I have a Samsung Z3. Thought I broke my screen. Turned out to be the screen protector. They fixed it quickly and I was back on the road in 10 minutes.

Drove over an hour to get to the store after calling them and explaining my problem and they said to come on over and they would have a look at it. Hour later I get there looks at the same screen I explained and said yeah we just do hardware. THE PROBLEM IS HARDWARE. The ssd doesn’t get recognized which is a hardware issue. Don’t recommend.

I brought my phone here, as my toddler had cracked my screen. Should’ve been a simple fix. But after I received my phone back, it started overheating and was functional. I took it to back them and they just said they don’t know what was wrong with it, but they told me it was it working good and they had, had it running all day long with no issues.

Which I know was a blatant lie because within less than 5minutes of use-only 2 apps running it overheated again and wasn’t functional.

They told me to bring it back again.after I picked it up it work great for about 1-2 weeks and again overheated and wouldn’t the on.

They told me there’s nothing they can do to help, until we contacted a case manager. They asked us to bring it back once more, before anything else. So drove back out there, again. They said it was a faulty screen, and replaced it. This was January 4th.

It’s been working great, until today mid grocery shopping it randomly overheats and starts flickering the apple logo and turns off and will not turn back on.

I’ve tried calling them twice—no answer and will not call back.

This is a new iPhone 12 Pro. I’m so frustrated at this point.

Overpriced-short term fixes-broke my phone. Absolute joke.

Tl: dr - On a Monday evening.dropped my phone off after 4pm. & it was STILL fixed and ready to pick up by 6: 45pm that same night! Highly recommend!

The details:
Kyle was wonderful on the phone when I called to ask about having them replace my phone's screen. It had been shattered from falling out of my coat pocket 2 days before (they're closed on Sunday), as I was lifting myself up to get into our truck. When I walked into the shop, Chris just rounded out what turned out to be the easiest thing I've done related to cell phones in ages, if ever!

After the quick call, I dropped it off at their shop a few miles away. I returned 2 hours later and picked it up looking as good as new! For only $29! Much more reasonable than the $250 deductibles I've had to pay in the past for the same repair with previous warranty / insurance plans. The service was wonderful and the employees were friendly. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. Thanks UBreakIFix!

Chris was wonderful. My phone dropped last Saturday and broke the screen. They aren't open Sunday - but everyone deserves a day off, right? So Monday, I called and talked to Kyle, who assured me if I got it there in time, they'd get it done for me in a matter of hours! They even had the part in stock, and set it aside - knowing I was coming. Chris greeted me when I arrived, was just as confident they'd have it back to me - they had double checked their workload first of course. I came back when they said, and Chris gets me by name - saying he'd be right out. He handed me what seemed like a new phone! You'd never know anything happened to it! $29 fee with AT&T insurance - such a relief! Thanks U-Break, I Fix - you saved me!
