Udell Engineering-Land Surveying: Udell Jim PE, Lebanon OR

Absolutely worst company I have ever used. They charged us $4071 to do a lot line adjustment for a 33x120 ft section of land, I know people who paid half that for acreage. They also initially told us over the phone it would be $2400 and worst case scenario if they had to map all corners, it would be $4071. We paid the initial $2400 in August 2021. In march 2022 after hearing nothing and no longer even owning the property, they reached out to us and told us we needed to pay the remaining $1700 for them to file the paperwork with the county (they still hadn't marked lines at this point, but said they had used the initial $2400 already in "labor") We found out from the City our old corners were already marked and pins in the ground, so they didn't need to refind those, and yet they charged us the worst case scenerio fee. It is now almost a year later and they just sent us final invoice and told us this survey should be recorded by end of week, next week.so only cost $4071 and one year for them to add 33x120 ft. I'd like to add that we paid the county fees in May and emailed them twice for updates with no response until literally today (7/21) saying it still hasn't gone to county.

They are all business, trustworthy, honest, reliable.
