My debit card wouldn't work. I called to ask what the issue was and was told it needed an update. I asked what update and shouldn't you notify me instead of just turning it off?

BEWARE! They RUIN YOUR CREDIT histories! I paid off four loans from them and they mark them as CLOSED ACCOUNT on my credit report instead of PAID OFF thus resulting my credit score go NEGATIVE! Get your loans from American banks that don’t do this stupidity!
