Ultra Nails, Springfield OR

Very pleased with my experience. Han took her time and did an amazing job on both my full set ombre french and my pedicure. Now to see if they'll last longer than most others.

I moved to Springfield Oregon 6 years ago from California. I've been trying to find a good nail salon since. I've been to pro nails, nails uncorked and received the worst nails ever! Nails uncorked I got slapped on the back of my hand to relax! I was so extremely upset and will never ever go back! Pro nails communicating was hard. They never understood what I wanted. Bulky, fat, overly thick nails that would lift after a week! Ultra nails was the best experience I've had in 6 years! I will never go anywhere else! They understood what I wanted! They gave me exactly what I asked for! Sweet, gentle ladies that were easy to communicate with! Thank you ultra nails! Your better than I had even in California! Thank you so much for the best service and good atmosphere! I will recommend to everyone I know! Debora

This is one of the few places that I've found that doesn't nail correctly whether it's the shape and actually and actually things them out so they look right instead of leaving them all thick and ugly

I've gone twice now for a pedicure and full set. Lovely, patient work. Delightful staff.

Horrible service and my nails look awful, uneven, full of bubbles, woman rushed me, seemed bothered by my questions and ignored me while having a conversation with another employee. Would never go back or recommend!

Worst pedicure ever! She litterly took 20 min doing my pedi. Asked for a line design on my big toe and was told she couldn't do it. My feet dont even look like i had a pedi

Literally so rude to me for no reason whatsoever and didn’t do my nails correctly. Rolled her eyes when I told her what I wanted. Just left my appointment and she was being rude to another customer right after me. Don’t come here unless you want to be disrespected.

Love my nails. Super pretty and really fast. They are so nice and friendly and funny. One little hiccup and miscommunication on my appointment. But she squeezed me in even though they were closing. She had so many options for styles. Last time only had one option but still pretty. Will defiantly be back. The foils are gorgous.if I could Rate this higher rated experience I would. Favorite place!

Nail broke off after a few weeks. I've never had that happen. Maybe after having them on for a few months, but not after I just get them put on.

I ignored her phone calls. I showed her the text from her that confirmed 1: 45pm that day. They didn't have an appt at 1: 45 that day despite my proof of scheduling. No big deal.mistakes happen and I rescheduled for the next day. However, I walked into a hostile environment the next day. My tech was informed to do a bad job on my nails, so bad that I had them redone two days later. Ive been to this salon enough to know they intentionally did a bad job.a wasted $70 because the salon owner was petty over a simple mistake on her part. They normally do such a good job but I just will not be returning due to the extraordinary unprofessionalism of the salon owner.

I thought at first since Ive had only a few acrylics it was a good deal, with my full set done in just an hour. Though I ended up w the worst set to be. They broke quick and were very painful coming off. Looking back I realize the job felt very rushed & lacked quality. This picture is what my nails ended up as. This was back in Februrary 2021.
