If you want a company who shoves water down your throat so they can earn more of your hard earn money and text you before delivery to make sure you met their “fictitious” minimum requirement before the delivery then you came to the right place!
I have been a customer for at least 3-4 years and now all of the sudden I have been deemed a customer who “consistently” misses service and that I don’t meet the two bottle minimum requirement that they require for by weekly service. I missed 1 service because of Thanksgiving and I have always had 2 or more bottles that need to be picked up. I had one occasion that I was trying to get rid of bottles because I had so many of them! I told my wife I only wanted one because I had 2 full ones already and 6 empty ones. When my wife told the driver we only needed 1 the driver said “you mean you need two”! My wife didn’t argue and accepted the second bottle. Then I found out and returned because I had too many bottles!
First off there is NO minimum requirement that you have to meet. There is no contract that I signed stating there is 2 bottle requirement, nor did they tell me there was. I started off with 3 bottles and ended up with bottles everywhere. If I set 3 bottles out then I accept three in return, if I set 1 out then I expect 1 bottle in return but they won’t except that 1 bottle because you are messing with there income and set out 2 bottles instead of 1.

I’ve been a customer for over 5 years, they have always provided great service, water and equipment at an honest price. Thank you Ultra Pure Water for delivering delicious water conveniently and always with a smile:)

HORRIBLE COMPANY THE OWNER IS AN ABSOLUTE LIAR! 2 MONTHS THEY COULD NOT BRING US WATER! AND THEY TOTALLY JUDGED US CLAIMING THINGS THAT WERE NOT TRUE! THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE ACTUALLY THIEVES WE HAVE THEM ON CAMERA LOOKING THROUGH STUFF ON THE SIDE OF OUR PROPERTY WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WHERE THE WATER CONTAINERS WERE SET FOR THEM TO PICK UP AND DROP OFF

THE OWNER IS STRUGGLING TO PAY THE BILLS AND HE HAS TO HIRE SHADY EMPLOYEES THAT ARE THIEVES! WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE THESE GUYS SHOULDN'T EVEN HAVE BEEN GIVEN A BUSINESS LICENSE BECAUSE THEY ARE LIARS! AND THEY PROBABLY POISON PEOPLE'S WATER THAT THEY DON'T LIKE!

We have had Ultra Pure Water delivery for years. There service top notch. Wonderful to work with.

I saw Ultra Pure Water in my doctors office, drank it and could not taste a thing! Now my family only drinks water from Ultra Pure. Their water is great for people and pets! It is a rogue valley based family run company which I love supporting. Try it for yourself, you will be stoked. I highly recommend them!

This is a company that you want to avoid

If you want clean safe drinkable water in a timely manner from people who are honest and reliable and trustworthy, THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO GO TO AND SPEND YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY AND TRUST THAT THEY WILL DELIVER YOUR WATER IN A TIMELY FASHION AND BE KIND AND RESPECTFUL

BECAUSE THIS BUSINESS IS SHADY AND THEY ARE LIARS AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

I love ultra pure water and the wonderful folks that run it. I have it delivered to my home and work and definitely notice the difference if I drink any other water. I know it has helped my health!

We had these guys set up and the last three months they did not deliver our water they gave every excuse as to why and then they told us they didn't trust us and they wouldn't be delivering our water anymore meantime they missed May and June we got zero water and paid for it these people are liars and thieves and they don't care about Americans
