Everything was awesome before Umpqua took over. Now, I've been having non-stop problems with my bank account, the ATM, and the mobile app. I even had problems just trying to go in to talk to them about my personal info getting stolen from them. I want my old bank back: (
Opened an account with Columbia Bank that had no fees. Umpqua took over and now they charge $20/ month.
I miss Columbia Bank. Umpqua changed their hours without changing on website. I was there at 8,830, and 9 with no service. Their employees are drones who just repeat the same "Im sorry". No, you aren't. Fix the problem. Be available to your clients. Get your website to at least reflect fact. Driving an hour to get to you just to find you misstated your hours was frustrating.
This was five stars when it was Columbia bank every since it has turned into Umpqua bank only bad things have happened to my money I will be leaving this bank soon it's the worst
