I'm very satisfied with my Dr's. (Hoyne & Leister). I love the fact that they are so prompt.

Raven Weeks is the best. She takes her time and really cares about her patients. I'm so lucky to be able to have her take care of my health. Thank you Raven!

Best urgent care I’ve been to both times I’ve been. Evergreen is a monstrous nightmare and this place is miles above them in terms of quality of care. I’m glad this place opened up to provide alternative care to Evergreen. The male doctor I saw today is the same I saw at my last urgent care visit and he’s always been friendly and helpful and listens to my concerns. The staff is also very nice and the phlebotomist did and excellent job.

They dismissed my sons issues completely. Told him he would be fine. Turns out he's not. Ridiculous. They are training residents in rural Healthcare to ignore patients.

Service has gone down hill.
My son who has a disability has seen doctor Hoyne for about 15+ years. Office called to schedule and appoint. Then refused to let me make it. I am his legal representative, his SSI rep and OHP rep and have been handling thousands of medical visits with him.
They want him to make the appoint. When he never has, and cannot understand what to do. I am in the room at all exams.
I have always been on every release.
So somewhere the paperwork is messed up. Rather then offer a way to resolve it. They just say sorry can't help you.
I have Been a patient myself of Dr. Hoyne's as well. But kind of hard to recommend a doctor they refuse to let us see.
The service has been getting very iffy the last few years.
Sad as this used to be a place I recommended. Hoping they fix it
because we really like doctor Hoyne. But lets see if they just ignore it, or try and resolve it.

No response from UHNC, now we know how much they care one month and nothing. I want to stress this place is part of Umpqua Alliance, who is part of this mess. The Alliance is not equipped, to manage anything in MHO, its a made up name group and disorganizing what it was intended to simplify. Make sense why so many travel out of town. So I officially after 15 would say if asked. Avoid UMNC, or anything associated with the Alliance.

Use to love them been a patient for years now but I'm getting super frustrated with the fact that they always seem to be cutting hours, taking random long periods of time off and shutting down their own urgent care services for days! Why? Your patients need care more often than you are open! This is also the reason why I haven't seen my regular Dr in almost 2 years now. The only thing that has stayed the same excellent care is Julie with her behavioral health care team! They are ALWAYS the best!

This part of the Umpqua Alliance system which as a whole is mismanaged, and that is only evident by the service and knowledge of the Health facility. I realize there is a hiring shortage. But this place is mismanaged and treats patients like they owe them something. Arrogant and rude.
There are good doctors there, if you get passed the arrogance of the office and assistance. And lets not get started on the open when they feel like it urgent care. Can not recommend this place. Its not like it used to be far from it.

I have a 11 month old. I was trying find somewhere to take my son other then Urgent care cause I have had nothing but rude staff at that office. I get online to find a urgent care that’s open Umpqua health Newton creek happen to be the first one that popped up. It said the hours were 7 AM to 7 PM. So I get my son already and drive all the way into Roseburg from Winston. When I get close enough to see the building I noticed there’s not one car in the parking lot I pull in and I called the office and it says their hours are 7 AM to 7 PM on Sundays no reasoning behind why they are closed an hour and a half before the time they have online. I don’t know what it is about this town but I’ve had nothing but horrible experience with the medical field the only place I have been able to find that the staff actually care show that they care and go out other way to make sure you’re OK and your family is it’s taken care of is Aviva. If they had an urgent care that would be where I would’ve went instead of having to travel all the way here just to find out there closed just because they don’t want to do their job. So if you’re gonna close early maybe you should Notify people you might be closing early because I’m short staffing or whatever the reason is so people don’t drive all the way to your office just to find out your closed.

Everything says urgent care open at 7am. Website, phone message, the sticker on the front door.
Get there at almost 8. The lights are on, but the doors are locked! When you've been up all night with a kid that's been puking all night this isntwhat you want to see.

My children see Dr. Steven Jorgensen. I have been very pleased with the care he has provided both of them. He is kind, easy to talk to, he listens and responds to concerns with follow-up questions, he explains things well and my 12 year old son and even my 14 year old daughter are very comfortable with him. His staff is great. Responsive and friendly. I am grateful for them!

They do not update their hours. I drove from Myrtle Creek with a medical issue and ended up having to go somewhere else while in extreme pain.

Dr. Heart should not be an urgent care doctor. We sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes after they were closed for lunch just to be told the dr does not see babies under 3 months old. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Great place for urgent care. Was in and out fairly quick. Very nice and clean inside. Very Friendly Staff

So tired of looking up hours, reading open but they're not. They need to fix their hours.

Today was a visit to practice nurse Manson. I have never met such rude, non-professional health workers, while I was waiting for an appoitment with Manson, I was twice in urgent care and twice in emergency. Everyone said that I should wait for the appoitment with Manson, she should help. She said she didn't owe me anything. She didn't even look at my shoulder, said that the leg problems were not her problem. She yelled at me, she was very rude, I have never experienced such humiliation. She looked disgusting, as if she had not washed her face, with dirty hair. I think that she disparaged me because my English is not very good. I feel discrimination from her.

I have always received excellent and professional care at this facility. I have not used the urgent care but the front desk people are friendly and polite and the medical staff and lab technicians are excellent.

Second time visiting, check in smooth. But first time I visited was two days ago at 5: 50 am. Online and door sign claimed UC hours till 7: 00 pm. Staff behind the desk, but doors were locked. Called the office number, message stated office was closed but no reason or office hours given. No signage on the door explaining why closed early. Staff did not look at the door and just ignored my knock.
I called the next day and was told that due to staffing issues the office was closing early this week. I suggest you notify the public as that visit left a sour taste in my mouth. I came back because I don't want to go to Evergreen even more so.

Wanted to like this place because Evergreen isn’t good either. The front desk isn’t so bad but I almost walked out of the exam room due to practitioner being rude and condescending. Unbelievable and embarrassing. They don’t really want to help or run tests, they treat everyone like they’re drug-seeking. They all but accused my symptoms (fainting) of being either anxiety/mental and criticism for not having “common sense to come in sooner. ” This place is literally a joke like so many other places contracted with UHA/DCIPA essentially committing medicare fraud by taking the OHP tax dollars and not providing legitimate care, all while doing it with a hateful vibe.

They are very discriminative. They do NOT care about the patients. They do NOT keep any records to keep track of any information about you to know what medications you can or can't take, and are very rude, unprofessional and have no respect or care for your rights, freedoms or religious beliefs. They are not somewhere you should go if you want real medical care.

Going in for the 1st time today in urgent care, not only were the staff at the front desk polite, but very helpful and kind. I didn't have an insurance card on me, but they were able to find my information with a few clicks on the computer, which was impressive. The doctor was professional and treated me great. Going to spread the word and recommend this place to those who need care.:)
