I used Scott Harwood as my realtor on my first ever home purchase and he completely exceeded my expectations at every turn. I initially was unsuccessful securing my own financing so Scott referred me to a mortgage broker who was able to get me approved quickly with a low rate. I was anticipating a long home search with market conditions as they are but we landed the perfect home on our very first day looking. Being a first time buyer I had a lot of questions and concerns throughout the process and Scott answered the phone every single time I called. Scott also negotiated several concessions from the seller for me. This experience could not have gone any smoother.

Kristin Krasneski was the perfect real estate agent for us. She was organized and prepared in searching and touring homes. She listened closely to everything we said and remembered every detail. She used those details to help filter our search and found us an amazing home that we love. She was responsive day and night to email, texts, and calls since we were short on time just looking over a few days.

Kristin worked perfectly negotiating with the other agent in a way that represented our interests and with utmost professionalism. She helped shepherd us through the inspection process - scheduling the appointments and following up with everything.

Even while we were still not in town yet and after we closed, she dealt with keys and with contractors and checking mail when we forgot to stop the mail until we had moved.

Highly disappointed in the manner Kristen Krasneski has conducted business in the selling of a home through your company. A verbal agreement utilized in a deceitful manner to get a contract signed, finalized, and funded only to leave us the buyers without a home due to her lack of honest and moral compass in upholding a verbal agreement of securing a transfer of home on a date verbally specified. In my years of being a homeowner I have never worked with anyone as dishonest as this realtor and will ensure my community is
alerted to how this compay conducts its business.
