Despite this, the package has not arrived as of 4: 30 pm.
In the first place, it is a package addressed to the company, and December 30th to January 2nd is a holiday, so it would be strange if I didn't include an absentee ballot, but even that wasn't included.

The post office here is very derelict as many other reviews have said and I am very concerned that my package will be delivered on the next working day.

This is such a terrible response that it is hard to believe that this is the postal service of a developed country.

This is one of the most under staffed locations. Extremely slow. I've been coming here to pick up mail for my job everyday monday - Friday for 1 1/2 years and there is always 1 or 2 customer service agents. I'm usually in line 30 - 45 minutes. One agent plays the music way too loud at the front desk. Another agent continues to talk about random personal issue way after the customer has been taken care of.

This is the worst post office ever. My package lost every month and when I claim from website never get money back. Someone can help me about this? Anyone has solutions about it. I believe, I will keep losing my packages

Interesting I never received Swiss Colony" delivery sent by my brother which should have arrived same time as my long time box was declared "vacant".

I have truly never met someone so incapable of doing their job more than our mailman. I have lived in my house for 4 month and from day one the mailman has been extremely unprofessional.
He cuts through our yard, walking over plants, leaning over our porch railing, then either crumples, folds, and/or rolls up our mail to put into the mail slot. My partner and I have asked him nicely and have even showed him how to put mail into it, as well as wrote a note, taped to our slot because it continues to happen. We are out of options here.
Our mail slot is vintage and came with the house. Just like a door slot, you set the mail in and it just falls in. This allows you to open it from the inside to retrieve it. Everyone on our block has the same kind or fairly similar. But somehow everyday he ruins our mail by shoving it in. Despite there being a door on the inside of our house to get the mail we have to step outside to legitimately rip out the mail that he delivered. We are sick of this. He has ruined irreplaceable photos and wedding invitations due to his lack of care. We need a new mail deliver. We all deserve better and need someone who actually cares.
We have talked to him, we have showed him and we have wrote a note. Multiple interactions. USPS please do something about this.
I have attached a photo of todays mail. This is only one day of the 4 months that this has been happening.

They dont know how to read. Bent my pictures and stuffed them in the mail box. It clearly states pictures do not bend on the outside. Lazy and illiterate postal worker. This is the second time.

Delivery guy didn't deliver our package gave a note saying need to redeliver and pay 6 dollars cause he missed us. He never came to the door. They are scamming

Would give zero stars if I could. I checked my mom's mail just 2 weeks ago and cleaned out her box. She went down to check it last night, mail is completely gone and there is a yellow slip in her box, stating it's a vacant box, don't leave any mail. This carrier had been a friend of mine on Facebook and a few years ago, she checked in with me to see if my mom still lived there because her box was full at that time. Since then, the box has been emptied out at least once every two weeks. Well, this time the mail carrier claimed there was 9 weeks of mail in the box. Impossible since it was just cleaned out last week and we have envelopes postmarked from 2 weeks ago. Didn't matter, supervisor totally swept it under the rug. Absolutely infuriating. Hope the postal carrier enjoyed the perfume that was in my mom's box that she had to pay for.

Refused to deliver package and didn’t bother delivering it after a redelivery was schedule

My packages keep getting mixed up with someone of a similar address and get picked up by that address instead. Has happened multiple times. Was contacted by a Michelle and said she would ensure this would not happen again. This is the 4th time with them saying they can't do anything about but despite being their error.

This is the scummiest, most poorly-run post office I have ever encountered. I went on vacation and put in a request to hold my mail for four days. During that time, I received several Informed Delivery messages that my packages and mail were being delivered. When I got back home, I went to retrieve my mail and they said that there was nothing there for me. I literally had multiple messages proving that my mail was delivered. They refused to look for my mail or help me. I filed as many complaints and missing mail requests as I could, but nothing turned up. Either someone here is stealing mail or they are completely incompetent and somehow lost all of my mail and packages.

Horrible service, A lot of my mail lost it, I spoke with manager so many times and it's not Changing anything, Those people on this branch they are regular ignore customers, After they start losing my mail I open PO Box nd when i open POB I have more problems than before

It looks like this office has a thief. Another package gone missing. I would use ups. How does the federal government even snow this to continue.

Why are you guys still even open?
you dodge every phonecall, theres no email to use even though its 2022 and not 1978,
your drivers habitually refuse to deliver normal sized packages and decide wether an address is vacant at their own discretion with no accountability, you constantly lose track of clearly labeled mail, ignore every complaint and misconduct report.you guys are almost as bad as an apt management company.do all of you just show up as a formality to get a check for doing nothing?

less than 2 star rating but that doesnt matter since the govt is paying your wages no matter what right? You people had to work for USPS because EVERYWHERE else would fire you in no time RIGHT?

Huge shout out to my girl Lauren. I was really stressed about a missing package and when I call the 1-800 number they did nothing helpful. I went into the office first thing in the morning and she helped me to track down my package. Now I have peace of mind, and the order I was waiting for. So thankful for good people in this world:)

They have refused to deliver my package (which is their only job,) expecting me to instead pick up my large delivery without a vehicle, refused 3 different attempts to contact them about some kind of resolution, and shut down my help ticket, still without offering any assistance. If you need to ship something always go FedEx or UPS.

Ordered off Amazon and my package (2 rings) came with the corners unsealed and no rings inside. I think the mail carrier stole them, whomever it was, as there were 2 rings from 2 different sellers supposedly in this ultimately empty package. The unsealed edges allow for fingers to slide a ring out, but are not torn (the rings clearly did not fall out on their own).
Will change my review if they are helpful in trying to solve this delimma when i call them tomorrow about it.

THE most apathetic US Post Office; w/ 10-days left to vote, their response is “carriers” are delivering ballots a little everyday”. They’ve already had a week to deliver. Even the County Elections Office thinks this is ODD.

About 4 years ago I sent for a item on ebay. And when the item arrived it keeped saying. Out for delivery, back at post office. So I went to the post office and asked them whats going on. I had proof that the package was mine. I had the information plus the tracking number. But for some reason the name on the package was different. So they wouldn't give it to me. So what your saying i bought this for someone I don't even know right? This was a scam as soon as it came bottom line.

The WORST place, especially for businesses. If you are a buisness and work with clients, I honestly would say avoid the area, because they will screw you over completely, they do not care at all and will never be respectful to your hard work.
