United States Postal Service, Bandon OR

I live in Coquille, but much closer to the Bandon post office than the Coquille post office. So my interactions are only inside, the folks behind the counter. I've always found them to be pleasant and helpful. The signage explaining that we must use the counters outside the service area are clear, and were placed there because there isn't enough room for social distancing if people do work there. It's a tiny space.

What is wrong with the Bandon post office? Some days they don't deliver the mail til 9pm & some days they don't deliver it at all! I've been waiting all day for a package that is "out for delivery" according to the text I received & it is now 8: 47pm. Hire some more people if you have to. This is bad.

I was filling out a package to send out of the way at the back counter where there was a pen and the person at the counter kicked me out saying that they don’t allow prep work there when I was almost done. I felt like she was just giving me a hard time to give me a hard time. I took my business elsewhere. Then again what do you expect, it’s USPS.

Extremely rude clerks and condescending towards customers. Mean and nasty looks when entering the place. Disgraceful

Worst post office I've ever seen! The delivery person won't deliver my moms packages! They keep saying not a secure location. So a step or porch isn't secure? My mom needs those packages! She's elderly and disabled and can't get them her self. They need to get out of the vehicle and do there job!

I personally have had no issues with my mail. BUT they keep giving other peoples mail and it is really annoying to have to go into the post office each time to fix it.

I had a delivery with live birds and they would rather let them suffer than let them be picked up and taken to safety. In the past I would get a call to pick them up really early in the morning. This time they are more worried about operating hours and refuse to let me pick them up.

I frequently mail packages to my friends and family in different states and I've always received such great service here. The staff works very hard and I appreciate it a lot.

Lucky if our mail person shows up. They certainly won’t bring a package to the door. And don’t drop packages in the collection box outside if you ever want them to be shipped.

Wanting at Best. Way too many Issues to even say.
May they please Privatize this lame industry.

Not easy to get ahold of over the phone and are rude in person.honestly if I had a car I'd just drive all the way to coosbay
