Ordered general delivery for the first time here last week. Amazon delivered my package 2 days ago and I came to pick it up, they said it's waiting to be checked in and I should come back tomorrow. I came again and they said it's still waiting to be checked in. I asked if there was a way I could know when it gets check checked in because it is hard for me to get there and I had to have a friend drive me. She said "that's you not us" and you can only check in person. No empathy, no apology or advice. "That's you not us. "

Yesterday was the third time a package supposedly delivered and it is not there. I was checking all day and it was delivered at 6: 10 and I checked at 6: 15 which tells me it was never delivered or drivers are being followed. It should be required for them to at least knock on your door. I am so mad and feel so violated again.

Most of the packages they are suppose to deliver to me don’t actually get delivered, and so I have to drive downtown to get my packages. Then they don’t have parking at the post office they make you go to, so I had to haul my big box around the whole building to where I could find street parking! Why order packages if they can’t come to your door or box!

Very rude customer service at this post office. The man and women usually working the counters always have a very poor attitude. They seem annoyed with any and every request. Maybe find a different job if it makes you that miserable.

This post office is a joke. I have been waiting for a “Re-delivery” for 10 days now. When they, supposedly tried to deliver the package, they didn’t come to my door at all. I was home at the time and not one time did they try to deliver. I’m assuming that the postal worker was just lazy and didn’t want to walk to my door or maybe they decided to keep it for themself. I specifically left instructions for the package to be delivered to the front door. I received a re-delivery slip in my mail box and I filled it out the same day that they “apparently” tried to deliver. I scanned the QR code and asked for next day delivery, and to be delivered to my front door. Well, now they can’t find my package and they say they are “investigating” the matter. I have got nothing but a run around. This has been a nightmare for 10 days now. This package was supposed to be here in 2-3 days. If I can’t seem to get any answers in the next few days, I will take the matter to consumer affairs and will continue up through the chain of commands. So, I would have given this post office negative 5 stars, but it won’t allow me to do so.

I got a notice stating that they could not deliver my package because of an obstruction to get to my address. I live in an easily accessible apartment complex that has an office where residents' packages can be dropped off if the mail boxes are filled up. So, really, no excuse. I went online and opted to have my package redelivered and it never arrived. I called every day it didn't show up and always got some lame excuse (and that's when I could even get a hold of anybody). In the end, a week later, I had to go to them to get my package because they cant do their jobs. Eugene has the absolute worst post office I have ever experienced.

I went to send a package to Canada and this was my first time sending a package internationally. After two weeks it was returned to me due to incomplete custom form. I went to another location to find the reason and lady in that location told me it's the USPS fault to not making sure the custom form filled correctly and I should be able to ship it again for free. But when I went to this location (since it's where I sent it) to inquire about it they said it's my fault even though I didn't get proper information and instruction how to fill the form or they didn't properly check and refused to send it for free.

My own post office is fairly awful in its own right but they pale in comparison to the incompetence of the downtown branch. They lost my international package, then claimed the computer wasn't working, and for a finale claim they didn't even have a pen to write down the phone number I need to call.a pen people.they can't do their job and can't be accountable because they don't have a pen.

Worst post office on earth. They don't deliver packages and the people at the counter are constantly rude for no reason. They pick and choose who to help and when to help them. They refuse to help people in the order they walk in. Everyone here needs retrained or fired. People don't like the usps and this location is a reason for that.

I went to mail something and they have very very limited options for packaging /shipping supplies. Parking on the street is decent but the line is confusing and people are not kind here.

If I could opt-out of USPS entirely, I would.

They fail to deliver about 75% of my packages. I’ve had neighbors from two different buildings down the street bring me packages that were delivered to them by accident - and just left outside on their sidewalk. My address is a locked PO Box, so there's no reason anything should ever be left on the sidewalk. I even changed the first line of my delivery address to "DO NOT LEAVE OUTSIDE! " But guess where they leave packages? Outside. At the wrong house.

If you ask for redelivery, they “can’t do it due to staffing issues. ” The one time they actually processed a “redelivery” didn’t work either, because the package was marked “lost in transit” before it got to me.

I’ve never experienced such an inept courier service area in my life. I travel for a living and it’s not like this anywhere else… I don’t know what they’re doing differently here, but it doesn’t work.

The only positive is that the folks at the branch are courteous and you can tell they really try to be nice and keep on a friendly face. I can’t even imagine how many times a day they must get yelled at. I feel bad for them.

If you expect the staff to do anything above the absolute bare minimum to get your package (s) shipped, go to another location or UPS if you can. They refused to even stuff an envelope with newspaper to protect a fragile product for me because I could not pay for the newspaper, or any kind of paper. There were so many solutions to my problem and the staff simply wouldn’t bother with it. Part of my business relies on USPS as my selling platform is contracted with them, and this location is a danger to the reputation of my business.

I don't get all of my mail. I have had strangers deliver my mail they got by accident. I have gotten other people's mail many times. Needed to schedule a re delivery for something that had to be signed for. It never came. Then I couldn't pick it up because it was "still on the truck ", they said it would probably be delivered late. Still didn't show up. Went to the post office again and they said it probably got sent back because it's been too long. Then she said I guess I could go check. Ah, yes please do that. It was there. So I did eventually get it. When I asked why it never got delivered she just said who knows.

I had a return process at this office on November 27th I've yet to see my item or tracking update 2 weeks later and when I call they tell me that it's backed up it's backed up during the holidays

Horrible service, not only could they not simply print a shipping label to get my business, but they could not even accept my package. Made the excuse of it being "too long" even though it was barely 45 inches long. Will never be doing business with USPS again. Go to UPS for all your shipping needs.
